1. Operation Clerk/Clerical Clerk

l
Form 5 or above, Minimum 3 years experience in operation and administration field

l
Assist in implementation of RoHS/REACH/ISO plans and process reengineering, develop RoHS/ISO monitoring tools and data controls,

l
Meticulous, accurate and trustworthy detail-oriented; higher operation efficiencies, better inventory control, improving process management

l
Assist in coordinating and organizing ISO9001, 5S, trainings and ad hoc projects

l
Ability to handle multiple priorities, Sense of urgency and priority, well organized, preferably used to dealing with expatriates

l
Fluent spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin, PRC travel is required

2. Bookkeeping Clerk/Senior Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk
l
Form 5 or above, Minimum 2 years experience in bookkeeping, less experience will be considered a Bookkeeping Clerk.
l
Keeping records of all financial transactions. Daily operations of the business include posting journal entries for all transactions from documents such as sales slips, receipts and invoices.
l
Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry.
l Ability to handle multiple priorities, Sense of urgency and priority, well organized, preferably used to dealing with expatriates
l
Fluent spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
