日日煲粥仔，一大舊豬肉吊味，夾走佢再落少少豬肉碎，煲一次食兩餐，會落啲瓜菜例如甘荀，南瓜，菜葉，但係例如南瓜咁，買半返來，食成個禮拜先食得完，食完就買包甘荀，又係食勁耐，夏天又無菠菜賣，除咗甘荀同蘿蔔都唔知食乜好。我驚bb食嘅野種類太少，大家分享下等我參考參考。另外岩岩睇衛生署本野，七至九個月每餐半碗粥？阿女餐餐食一碗•••

嘩, 8個月3星期就食過咁多款食物, 好叻叻呀.
我個囡細你個囡少少, 8個月2星期, 食嘢食得麻麻哋 , 每次都要餵成個鐘,
仲有同一款食物同一個做法, 今週鐘意食, 下週又唔食, 總之就頭都大啦.
我會用你餐單給BB試吓 , wahkakakakaka.

I got it from 360, not sure which other supermarkets has it too. It costs the same as the French brand - a very tiny one available in city super, but the size is bigger

I never count how much water she take every day. But when she is having solid food, I normally give her water after every 2-3 bites, to ensure she has enough fluid to digest the food. Hope that helps

Thks for your sharing, would you mind to share with me how much water per day you give to your baby? I gave her 60ML per day with some fruit.
