You can just go to the shoe repair shop to buy the brush for suede leather, ask the people at the shop they will show you. I usually go to Groom, they have many locations in HK.
In the future, it is best to spray the suede shoes with the protective coat (again can buy from shoe repair shops) before you start to wear them, when they are still brand new. Then it would be easier to clean afterwards.
