I just bought this, $1500 in size 36. price worthy!
indeed no box and dust bag, but I found that some staff friends can take it lor, and they even keep some nice flats too!

Yes the silver studded heels are 5.5" tall, need to bend my knees when walking in them. But they are simply gorgeous and couldn't help to bring them home
