i always order from topshop and net a porter, it is very easy to return the goods, just do it yourself no need to approve manually my CS.

just ordered from Mytheresa, hope no defect and the item is within my expectation.

anyway, will NEVER order from Saks even in big sale with free shipping. I read many feedbacks they always send the wrong item, wrong size wrong colour. we are lucky our ferragamo pumps are in perfect condition and fit our size.

Saks will not let you return products unless there is defect (even you bought wrong size). I will never ever buy from them as no protection.

There were many negative comments about their customer service on website.

I returned one of my pair of shoes which cost $186 and need to pay $39.x DHL fee. They only allow you send them back by DHL at customer's cost. My shoes are right size but with defect (black mark at the back of a pair of beige colour shoes).
