I like their service although product has defect (my Olympia Charlotte Perfume clutch)
I asked them to give partial refund and they are willing to discuss and offer a small discount.
Will buy from them again as I guess returns also easy because they included all exchange and return document in the parcel, and return no. can be obtained by ourselves.
Not like SAKS slow response, no returns except with defects
