本人於八月十七日把兩隻雄性玩具貴婦狗於屯門何福堂小腳x寵物美容進行 (下稱小腳x) 寵物美客及剪毛服務，但於稍後時間發現其中一隻的肚皮上有兩處明顯損傷，四隻腳掌均有紅印及耳朵內部有流血及損傷。

本人之後通知小腳x有關之問題，但小腳x老闆娘Angela以短訊(whatsapp)回覆稱無理由會發生此事，本人即時於致電Angela, 但她不承認責任並推說是小狗自己抓傷, 只承認肚皮上的傷痕是電鏟所造成. 而且態度十分惡劣及囂張, 但反說本人兇惡並說她自己很害怕及需要錄音, 更說她自己在此行業已做了很多年, 亦見過不少像我這樣嚕唆的客人。她說她店裡有安裝閉路電視(cctv), 可以証明沒有弄傷我的貴婦狗, 我隨即問她當晚可否到她店舖看錄影帶及取回收據, 她說她當晚不會在店舖, 我問她可否由她的店舖職員安排給我看, 但她一口拒絕, 並說需要由她決定什麼時候才可給我看。

以下用廣東話口陳述某部份經典回覆:

我喺呢行做咗好多年架，都見唔小你呢啲"啷嚟"客。。。

你唔好咁惡好喎，我好驚架，而家要錄你音。。。

間舖係我嘅，我係老闆梗係我話晒事。。。

是夜, 我馬上帶我的貴婦狗到獸醫看作詳細檢查, 經診醫生斷後, 我的貴婦狗需要進行連續一星期服食類固醇藥丸,清洗傷口,塗藥膏等療程, 亦需要配帶頭罩及困籠。
到第二天我再以短訊老闆娘,詢問可否當天晚上到其店舖看錄影帶及取回收據, 她說我可於當晚08:30前到她店舖。是夜, 我於晚上08:30前到達其店舖, 她說她店裡的閉路電視因不夠記憶體, 只可保留3天的錄像記錄, 所以我完全無法知道真相, 而她只能提供收據給我。

本人無辦法之下唯有聯絡蘋果日報作出投訴, 蘋果日報於10月5日刊登有關報導.

u NO need to hand in any 商業証明, u only need to fill in

FORM 1 which state the name of Claimant (yourself) with address and the name of Defendant (the pet shop) with address

AND

FORM 2 which state the amount of money u want to claim, together with the grounds (reasons) of claim

The reason of claim is very important, u better hand in as many documents as u can, such as the documents from Customer Council , Apple Daily, recepit, the conversation between u & pet shop owner, etc.

If U go to the Small Claim Tribunal enquiry counter, they will teach u what to do in detail.

The process is simply and costs u only about $20 per address (not sure the exactly amount).

Thank you for your detailed reply and suggestion. Yes, I have contacted with Customer council and they have followed my case and sent me the documents. I will have to make the process myself these days and hopefully I can get a fair result afterward, but of coz there will be tones of meeting at court, providing edivence and balalala.....Anyway, I WON'T GIVE UP and FIGHT TILL THE END!!!

Yes arh, the power of Whatsapp is v large, let more ppl know how they bad...... ...

I am afraid that people will treat my msg as "junk" or "trash" msg.....anyway, thanks for advice.

Besides, you can report this to the Customer Council.
Mail letter to the Customer Council, like you mailed to Apple Daily.
They will follow the case and negotiate with the shop for you.
Although Customer Council have no legal power to request money refund, but they can keep the bad record of the shop.
嚴重可公開點鋪名, afffect their business.
If customer council proves they are wrong, u can get the document 向小額入禀要求賠償, the process is simple.
