好彩發現得早(BB一個喺房瞓緊, 不過唔知燒左幾耐,發現時房內已經有濃烈燒膠味), 如果唔係就一鑊熟

打去Chicco, 只有冷淡回應, "please provide picture, we'ii submit the picture to our manufacturer for their use in product improvement" ..............

22/11 Chicco update : The manufacturer has studied the photos of your 68106 Hot Humidifier Easy Vap and has provided the following response:

the connector could have been gradually deteriorated or damaged over time (the past 3 years) due to the generation of local surface currents. This may have caused the incident.

從字裡行間, Chicco嘅回應係生產商睇過d相, 點點點 ............ 咁Chicco 同佢地生產商係咩關係呢??? 佢地生產商生產Chicco用品會著火, 但唔關Chicco事??? 產品用左3年會著火係無問題???

Sent the picture to 消委會/ newspaper. and then sent back the email to chicco and say that I already feedback this incident to our HK 消委會 and most popular newspaper accoding to your last email reported.

我唔係要你覆點解會出事囉，呢d係你公司同廠商自己去檢討。我係要你覆而家你件貨對我小朋友有危險，你點去處理返件事，我建議你同佢提出索賞，有時d公司要個客親口講出賠/claim，佢先肯做野。
