I have been to the Pokfulam open market in cyberport last year.. There is a lawn in the venue. They put some cushions and bean bags there. And there were a few booths.
My suggestion is: it doesn't worth to pay the entrance fee because you can play on the lawn for free in other days. And there wasn't much games for the kids last year.. I'm not sure if they have new things this year.
