We use 真空煲. We start at previous night (rice & water only), then add the meat or other ingredient in the next morning to cook for a few more hour inside 真空煲.

you have started giving Alex congee lar? Do you replace it with a meal? how much do you give him each time and what ingredients do you put?
as you know, Hymn Hymn does not like drinking milk much and for cereal, he does not take a lot. so I'm thinking if I should start giving him congee. what do you think?
i also use rice cooker to cook the congee for my baby, very good,i will cook 2 meal for 1 time only, the night time will keep into the fridge, and will reheat with rice cooker(my rice cooker have the congee function)
