I thought about it but think my baby, who is a very big baby, would look too much bigger than others and feel strange if she starts school one year later. It's true that some kindergartens only accept applications when baby is one-year old, or one year before start of school, but some kindergartens accept applications once baby has birth certificate, and some accept when baby is 8-month old. So you must ask each kindergarten separately when they accept applications. Cannot be lazy and just assume.
