住過新鴻基樓就返唔到轉頭............

住左新鴻基6年,剛剛搬去住成哥度,初初俾個view吸引左(無敵海景),哎!住落真係物都唔happy :-( .1.用料差; 2.管理差; 3.設施差. 真係想同業主傾提早解約 :cry: .新記就唔同嗱 .上述3樣都好好 .佢地d規劃真係會幫用家唸嫁,小朋友如果落公園玩,基本上都唔會有危險,因為車道全部係大閘之外.職員好親切,好積極吸取住戶意見.哎!真係好想搬呀.宜家先至知,原來物業管理係好重要架!!!!!!!! 我同亞仔都好唔開心呀!!!!!! :-(

Hi

Just curious are u living at LV?

I moved fr 新鴻基's RP to 成哥's LV...i feel terrible here ... At nite, i don't dare to make any sound at dinning room coz the walls were so "thin" here... it will transfer the sound directly to bedroom and it may make my son wake up...... I can heard the upper flat ppl walking sound., etc etc...

I do not live in LV; however, it is one of their well-known luxurious properties. "Luxurious" :tongue: . I took my son to the parks (more than 1), the slides are cracked!!!He fell down on the ground, the dirt on his knees could not be cleaned by bath soap!!!!!!! Can u believe it Sun Kung Kei, I miss u :-(

less pity than you but I missed SHK also, I moved in present flat just last month (9 倉)
1) needed to remember password for enterance we use 'smart card' at SHK, very convenience
2) the management service at here is not good as before (previously is very good, the security guards were very polite and nice, very quick actions could be provided)
3) less professional for giving me wrong information / unclear answers even on the way to go to platform :tongue:

同意！我咁多年都係住SHK樓，雖然只係租樓，但睇其他發展商的樓盤時都會覺得比不上SHK！

買樓我只係睇用料, 最鐘意就係一去睇示範單位就去睇廚房同toilet(因為一睇就知佢地既用料) 無可口非, 新地樓真係幾好

成哥d樓, 出晒名多問題, 我d朋友買親成哥d樓都中招, 主要問題係水有關 . . . .

我不是住新鴻基樓, 但我座大廈係由康業管理, 服務的確唔錯 . . . .

yup.. shk 樓用料真係好足.. 我住果度都有10幾年樓 .. 唔見有滲水或其他問題.. 在牆上鑽個窿就知佢有幾厚料.. 物業管理同管理員都好好.. .. 而最近.. shk 都被網民選為最佳發展商 ..

我老公響新地做. 佢地驗樓.用料都執得好緊. 好多時都捉d判頭狂 '炳'. 可能佢地唔想做衰個名掛?!

I lived from CK to SHK.

I want to change the water heater in the kitchen (CK). The technician told me that the heater built inside /stick to the wall. If I wanted to change it, it might cause explosion. He asked me not to use it.

The floor became black after I 拜神. The SHK polish again the floor for me! They completed the repair work within one week because my son had to go to school.

我之前住過信X、長X，而家住緊新X基，搬幾次屋，主要都係為左噪音問題....家陣如果要我搬，真係唔捨得，難得過番d安寧日子，就算真係搬，都要搵番新X基樓

我都是住在新鴻基樓, 雖然樓齡己16年, 但講真保養維修管理真是做得好好, 管理員盡責有禮(住了無耐我朋友來我家講錯單位,管理員竟然同我朋友說佢講果單位不是姓"鄭"喎), 管理費只是600幾元, 但會所早一兩年全部翻新, 外牆大洗過, 全部更換八達通咭出入還有好多美化設施, 我是一分錢都無夾過份(全部在管理費盈餘都扣), 相返隔離屋企同我哋樓齡一樣, 但外觀殘舊, 好似每戶要要夾幾萬元維修費, 我妹妹層新樓講樣就靚過我哋, 但質料就差過我, 早前我曾經想過換層新樓, 不過看過新樓的質素和質用面積, 都是暫時唔想換住啦, 或者等吓新鴻基的樓先會考慮 !
