唉.don't want to threathen all of you here. Today, my company ( a small US co) just told us would cut people and freeze salary increase la. In this stage, I believe no matter how cheap the property is, no one will buy la. i am very worry because my BB girl is just half year old.

咁你即係巳經供斷咗層樓？！勁呀！
我既計劃就係，打算用最少既錢去供樓，因為供樓既息係最低既。然後hold多D cash係手，因為趁而家個市咁亂是個好時機入市﹝股、基金、樓﹞。投資會以退休、子女教學為目標。同時做好風險管理。咁我就可以係40歲前生2個，然後做個在職媽媽。到65歲先退休。

旺角,我阿媽住近大角咀果邊,不過,我阿女麻住近太子果邊,太子果都有咩好既幼稚園呀?係咪,葵涌冇咩好既學校?唔好意思,好似離題,講緊樓市,講左幼稚園,

be positive.

I believe no matter how cheap the property is, no one will buy => agree!
Therefore, soem people always say they want to buy their flat........however, they always complain the price is too high. When the price drop, they complain their income is unstable. Therefore, they haven't bought their flat until now.

I will buy if it drop a lot.
P.S. my salary cutted 40% in 2003.........

yes, 巳經供斷咗層樓 when I was 30 years old.=>stage 1

Now, I have 2 kids (2 and 3 years old) => stage 2

Hope I can buy 2 more flats before 40 years old.

P.S. 趁而家個市咁亂,是個好時機入市=>I bought some stock those days (keep for 3-5 years)

咁我2003年時減2x%好過你好多喎！
我同老公都認為，我們巳經錯過了911和SARS，因為當時無錢，D錢响哂2層樓度，所以今次次按咁大鑊，一定要把握機會，人棄我取的時候應該在USA大選後出現，我估從大選至2009年初是個入樓市的時機，而大選後至2008年年尾就應該係入股市既時機。

Tell the truth, if not because my 99, we have already 1 more flat for rent now.
My 99 worry that I will use his son's $. My 99 request him to buy her a flat before we get marry. He use all his saving (not enough) and got 140000 personal loan form the bank (so that my 99 can use all my husband's $). We pay the mortage for my 99's flat for the first few years (not now, it is because my 99 say she will give that flat to the son living with her now, so we let him to pay for it now.)

We are poor in 2003 (because we use all the saving in 2000 for the flat)..........so we miss the change.
agree=>USA大選 from the history, every years after USA大選, the eco. of US will growth for a while

算啦，每人都會有D困難，我同老公都要照顧各自既屋企，初初出來做事，more then 1/3人工要比家用，1/3用來讀書和還grant loan，1/3要save、供樓和日常開支，有時我地既家人又唔生性，要同佢地還賭債、卡數。初初都有點怨氣，覺得如果唔係佢地咁，我一早可以生仔or提早10-20退休啦！不過算啦，可能就係因為有D唔生性既家人，先會令我地生生性性啦！有時可以照顧家人都係一種褔。
