I use the 1lb formula, but our bread maker is 1.5lb minimum, I need to reduce baking time.

The result is encouraging, the texture and smell are fine, not like muffin.

did you 堆粉成山 or just put the ingredients step by step?

where did you buy the electronic 磅 ? each ingredient also 磅一磅 ?

put sugar at the top of flour
flour place evenly to cover liquid

how abt yeast? no touch salt & water?

if not put the flour like a small mountain, then need to put the flour in the middle yourself when blending?
