我早排一連上左幾堂prof 既hatha, 跟著再上deva 既hatha, 就覺得以後都唔駛再上佢堂hatha 啦. 佢講既野, 主要係count down. 同埋我鍾意prof 既hatha, 好清楚分別有7 個standing/sitting/lying 既 postures... 最後仲有一款pranayama.
不過我記得deva 都有做 counter postures 架, 不過因為佢唔多講野丫嘛, 佢冇好explicit 話呢個係counter postures, 所以咪以為冇囉.
下? 女學生幫deva massage?!真係好唔proper 喎! :evil:

in fact now not really want to attend his class cos scare he will make me get hurt! he likes to 'help' you to do the stretches! last Friday, I attended his Hatha yoga (M), wa.... he helped me to stretch the '1 chi ma' - monkey pose with Namaste! then these few days feel my hamstring a bit painful!![]()

that's what I feel! usually deva will help the ppl who has protential to flow or other difficult poses (it may good for you to reach your limitation)... but he never know how far/hugh/short....of your limitation, like Samrat, he never push you too much, he only remind you to touch!!!
I had 3-4 friends in Planet, they're all got hurt from Deva's class before, some needs to do the acupuncture! My first time got hamstring hurts... also from him!

美式和古法既單一動作係一樣的, 分別在於美式重點在"每一個動作", 老師通常只會叫你要呼吸, hold 時間好短, 我感覺唔到有任何步驟, (除左 ashtanga & bikram) 只係老師隨意抽動作來做
古法重點在於整個人的呼吸, 集中力, 柔軟度和平衡, 每一堂每一個動作都有連貫性, 幾時吸氣, 幾時呼氣, 幾都閉氣都有步驟, hold 動作時間好長, (作用訓練意志力和鬆筋) 邊個動作做先, 邊個動作做後都有步驟, 好似 hatha 堂, 總共做21個動作, 7個企, 7個坐, 7個訓, 7個企當中有3個係訓練左或前, 3個係訓練右或後, 7個坐 和7個訓亦一樣, 每一個動作後一定跟一個counter pose
美式係將動作大致分陰和陽, yang & yin, hatha / power 就主要做 yang 訓練 strength, yin 堂就做 yin 訓練 flexibility
古法沒有 yin 的, 係將strength & flexiblity 在同一個動作入面訓練, 不是分開一堂strength, 一當flexibility, 要求你好用力做(strength) 和hold 好耐(flexibility)
rabbit 好鍾意上SAMRAT 老師既其中一個原因, 係因為呢個老師hold特別耐, 對訓練flexibility好有幫助, 我都係前兩日上佢的power, hold特別耐之原因下而做到臉100%貼住小腿....![]()
