Thanks for your comments.

Finally I called the maid's ex-employer about the trial maid.
- her patience can handle below 5 kid : for 1.5 yrs old, she can handle very well, no hitting, has patience, but over 6 age, she said the maid has her bottom line, sometimes has arguement with the boy.
- Cleaning & cooking : she said give her 90 score.
- Take care of kid to/fr school or playgroup : indenpendently
- English : can teach the boy, so from K1 to K3, the boy's English is no. 1 in the class.

My final decision : I think I'll choose this maid if no other choices, because no one has the perfect characters, even to me, I can say I'm not a perfect employee, sometimes will lazy, don't want to work, do the facial/manicure/go to shopping during the office hour, so if the maid can take care of Heib & make her happy, keep the home tidy (my hubby's request like hotel's standard), I'll no compliant on her.

個工人幾時番工呀? 就嚟唔使再抱住heiB走來走去啦, 你就好啦..... 最近抱住朗朗住返育嬰院真係好攰, 由其是星期六落大雨, 好狼狽, 又冇taxi, 朗朗仲要伸手出去玩水, 玩到隻手濕晒, 比佢激死.

in fact I 110% don't want to hire a maid to live in my home, to take care of heib (feel unsecure), but I've no choice, I prefer to bring her to/fr 99's home daily, although I will be tired (but I don't mind-can keep fit).
