我有見過阿b打哈次時將鼻屎噴出o黎呀@@我都冇刻意幫佢清,除非見到好多塞住個鼻我先用棉花棒清左佢。

你地就好啦,bb巳介了夜奶,我bb好像有時差般,日間整極都唔醒,晚間就唔訓。仲要好似食極都唔夠,可能要比奶咀佢試下點唔點,否則無得訓。BB已經吃5-6OZ奶,我驚太多所以問下大家囖。nicholasmami你又係住TKO,我都係呀,有空出來飲茶傾下呀。

I think I fail bb 介了夜奶. On monday, my baby was sleep start from 7:00pm, then I want to ask him wake up on 9:00pm, due to I don't want him to sleep more during this period, but my hubby said no la, let him sleep. Finally, my son drink the milk at the midnight again (4:30am), So, I told my hubby, don't break my schedules, otherwise, please feed the milk by him.

You also live in TKO, where ar? I live in Hang Hau (East Point City). How about you?

BB已經吃5-6OZ奶<---- exactly same!! she eats every3-4 hours!

Dear all,

I am back again. My baby left the hospital three days after me. And I am extremely busy since that day. Also, because I will stay at my Mum’s home for the first month (at least); therefore, I have no time to login to the BK. And the frequent may decrease.

BTW, I would like to share my experience in breastfeeding with all of you. Hoping that you all can success in breast feeding as it is really good for both your baby and yourself. And hoping that it won't be too late... :-P

I am extremely busy and exhausted in the first night stay with my baby as she got up SIX times for food that night. Therefore, I chose to give her one meal formula in the next mid-night. In the third night, I pumped the milk out and give her one meal in bottle. Since the 4th night, we both have adopted each other and now I can sleep 6 hours per night. As she will sleep for 3 to 3 & 1/2 hours between each feeding. So, I usually feed her at around 11:00p.m. to 11:30p.m., and she wake up at around 3:00a.m. to 4:00a.m. and wake up again at 7:00a.m. to 8:00a.m.. Hoping that I can cut off her mid-night meal within a short period of time.

For the day time, she has also changed her frequent request (per half an hour) to two hours request, therefore I can try to take a rest in between. Anyway, it is really a big improvement since our first day.

Besides, because of breastfeeding, my tummy has almost returned to normal. It is now looks like a small tummy that most of the girls have (I have no tummy and even a negative one before pregnant). Hoping that I can get back my normal body shape in a short period of time. However, because I am still “sitting month”, therefore I cannot keep my weight, I will try to loose it after this first month. There is still 1x lbs I have to loose.:-P

Hope the above can encourage those Mummies who have difficulties in their breastfeeding. Try your best, and believe that all of you can do it!!

Yeah, some of Dec 03 mama also live in same district le. (very nearest le) When you will resume to work ar, I think gathering is better before go to work le. I resume to work on 9 Feb 03, how about you? :-P :-P

I live in The Pinnacle in Po Lam (near 新都城) & I will go back to work at 2 Feb la. Can we come out on this Friday (30/01) I can to to Hang Hau with my baby ga. We can go out for Chinese tea. How about you two? Any mami want to join us?

My baby can sleep with the 奶咀 last night la. I only give her when she want to sleep. I don't want to give her 奶咀 before but my hubby need to go to work and I also need to work later. So I need to try how to let her sleep at night la. It is the better way to let her sleep well and not eat too much la. I buy the 莫札特 CD to two of my daughters. Sister Gigi love it very much and Bobo also hear the music and sleep well. I find that the CD is quite good for both of them.

aiya... I really want to go YumCha with u2 and talk talk talk about our babies... but it is toooooo FAR for me to go TKo from Tuen Mun... so... better next time la.. you guys enjoy your chinese tea!~ so jealous~!!!

Gigimay... yes.. my husband and I are super busy since my baby sleeps in daytime, so we sleeps in daytime too (until 2pm only). And she is very active and sometimes 扭計 from idnight to 7am next day!!!!!!! we are very very tired everyday!! And I am still very hesitated if I should give her 安撫奶咀....!!
I have bought one at home, but hasn't been used yet! My husband has to resume duty tmr, so I don't really know if we can insist not to give her 奶咀....

Glad that to hear you get in track of breast-feeding and find that OK! I has breast-fed my baby for 1 month and quited already. For me, breast-feeding was very very tough for me as the pain was very severe, both from nipples and uterus contraction. I think pumping breast-milk is much more relazing than direct BF, however, i miss the feeling of direct BF although it was very painful, becos it was very close between my baby and myself, i was happy to see her feel satisfied when she was sucking me!

After 1 month BF, I still have a little tummy and my patpat and muscle around lower waist were filled with more fat than before..... I really wish to resume to my original body shape too, but still have 12lbs to work out~!! I can't do vigorous exercise until now as i gave birth by C-section. I am planning to go to beauty and fitness salon to do some programmes in the particular areas to lose fat and firm the bust in late Feb and March. :-P

Happy to know that you are good in breast-feeding. I give my baby for BF 2 time per day (in the morning & night time only). I will quit to BF before I need to go back my office and start to work at February. Hope you can keep to BF and enjoy it.

I don't want to give her 奶咀 at the beginning, but I'm afraid that she eat too much at night. So I give her when she need for sleep at night only. In day time I will let her cry and not give her anything. You still in your mommy's home, it is really difficult to join us la. If you want, we can go out last time when the weather is warm with pizza and other mama la.

有無媽咪係同bb一齊瞓架? 我呢兩晚都係同bb一齊瞓, 但係我驚會整親佢呀, 有咩方法可以避免整到bb? 其實我都唔想俾bb同我地一齊瞓, 但係如果唔俾佢同我地瞓, 佢就會喊得好緊要, 俾奶咀佢都唔要. :-(
