Here you go:

HK style egg tart

Pastry:
1. cream butter and sugar, fold in egg, plain flour, water and then form into a dough

2. roll out hinly and cut out rounds. Line on tart moulds.

1/2lb plain flour
5oz butter 1 egg yolk
2 oz icing sugar
1 oz evaporated milk

OR

JUS-ROL
Puff pastry sheet (ready rolled)

keep it in warm temp. at least 8 minutes before use wor.

Egg custard:
5 eggs
6oz sugar
10 oz boiling water
4 oz evaporated milk
2tbsp custard powder
1/4 tsp white vinegar

1. melt sugart with boiling water
2. beat egg, mix in evaporated milk, custard powder and white vinegar. Then pour in syrup. Mix well and stand to remove air bubbles as egg custard

20 min. 190C

Yes ar, I took days off so I can go x'mas shopping ma!! and I needed the rest sometimes I wish I don't have to go to work!!

I permed my hair once when I was 8 years old. It was so ugly that I didn't perm my hair since!!!
