Medela is very good compare with pigeon.
You may thank that what is the difference between those electric pump, it seem the same.
But Medela is different.I brought one from Mannings
($649) and find out it is more comfortatble, and can pump more milk without painful! Since I also in doubt of my milk supply, and I found out the main reason of less milk is the pump. I highly recommand you yo buy a new Medela , it worth to buy!

各位好, 我岩岩移民去左馬來西亞, 本來打算買medela電pump. 不過呢度只有2種牌子, 1. pigeon, 2. care. 請問有冇媽媽用過這2種電pump, 那一隻比較好用?

如果2種都唔好用, 我可能會上malldj親子購物網買medela mini pump, 請問有冇媽媽試過上呢個網買東西? 信唔信得過?

I only used medela no matter at hospital or home. Must buy the battery one, not only with hand pump, because it is too hard to pump it out.

I did not use that web.... So....sorry!!
Keep to breast feeding... it is very good for bb.

我剛剛買了個Medela mini electric pump, 可惜產量不及Avent 手pump(少一半, pump唔清), 有無人可以教我用Medela mini electric pump???!!! 買個軟膠cushion加係pump 咀 (好似 Avent's let-down massage cushion)有無用呢??? ^0^

我bb未出世, 但我很想bf. 我應該生了之後才去租奶pump or 生之前租? 姑娘這醫院有奶pump借用, 是否頭兩日未有奶住? 如果出咗院又未有pump點算? 好多questions, 好擔心. :-( :-(

I think you have to check if the cushion (small white parts) is tightly fitted at the edge, if it can make the "paa paa" sound, then it will pump up easily.
