Rhona came to my home since last Jun2012. She finished her 2yr contract in HK.
Last XMAS I gave her 2 weeks advanced holiday as agreed on the first day of work.
After a month of her came back from holiday, she tell us her son got serious accident and no return since 4Feb.
We borrowed MONEY to her and she dont give us any message since she left. NO SMS nor phone calling.
- Constantly play computer in her room, even though there are still work to be done.
- Bad attitude, especially to my mother in law.
- Did an extremely poor job in wiping car window, we told her to do it again, she responded: 'if you dont' like my service, you can fire me'.... and that's still during her probation period!!
- Went out to Christmas party without our permission, came back late (when we're waiting for her to cook dinner still)
- Terrible cooking skills
- Finally we can't stand anymore and fired her after 41 days of services, only to realise that she stole stil silverware after she has left!!!
