2. Check the title bar of the video window (not the IE), it should show either "UDP-AV", "TCP-AV", or "HTTP-AV". UDP, TCP, HTTP means the connection protocol, and AV means audio and video. If only "V" present, that means audio is disabled. Try change the connection protocol to see if audio comes back.
