I am saying to others when the interest is low there is no point to full pay their mortgage if they can find an investment that can cover the interest of their loan either equally or more. Several methods for example 1) mortgage link 2) Buy a property to rent out 3) Time Deposit probably has to be in foreign currency 4) Buy stocks
I am talking about before full payment if you already have mortgage link account or remortgage to choose mortgage link account but it also depends if your loan is hibor or p loan!
If I have hibor+0.7 mortgage rate of course it would be very easy to find an investment to cover the interest! Some others have hibor+0.65 or even lower......
