i choose 2, coz she got real experience to take care of her own baby. no overseas experience is not a problem wor. while for option 1, she is still single... well, single is single, not stable enough. i'm afraid she will 'we we wet wet', besides, she didn't finished her last contract and not working for sometimes; if i were u, i wont consider her.
Agree with Mamafafa, married is better than single, should be more stable since they have family burden. It would be an advantage if the maid has overseas experience but it is not my top concern. My top preference is that she has the experience in taking care of a NB baby for her master but not her own baby.
