all,
Holman's dining schedule:
5:00-6:00am 7oz milk
9:30-10:00am 7oz milk
12:30pm 1oz apple juice mixed with 1.5-2oz water
1:00-1:30pm a small bowl "dun" congee (+fish soup, vegetable)
4:00-5:00pm "dun" apple
6:00pm rice cereal (10spoon rice cereal + 80-100ml milk + fruit clay)
9:30-10:00pm 7oz milk
there is water in between each meal

Wah, Holman really eat a lot, why don't you start to give him 2 x "dun" congee? Once 梓銓 take cereal, he don't want to drink milk, may be cereal is too 飽肚.

Ivy,
Holman just changed from milk to rice cereal for the "6:00pm meal". After taking the rice cereal, we don't give him any milk (we just use the milk to mixed with Gerber rice cereal). I think I will change for his meal schedule to 2 x congee per day when he is 9 months

Dear all mami,

Long time haven't chat with all mami, because i'm out most of day la.

I have take Kirsten to the studio in Yuen Long to take some photo last week, and i got the photo now, the photo is very good, i will take the film to photomax to make a CD so that i can post to here later to all mami.

Kirsten eating time table as below.

6:30am - 8oz milk
9:00 half bottle Heinz (apple or banana or pears etc..)
10:30am - 8oz milk
2:30pm - half 碗 ceral with half bottle Heinz (apple or banana or pears etc..) - she can only eat half most of the day
3:30pm - 8oz milk
7:30pm - 8oz milk
11:30pm - 8oz milk

One bottle heinz juice mixed with 5oz water a day

And 4oz water a day

Is she really eat too much, since i read the massage from other mammy, i really think Kirsten eat too much.... isn't it.? :lol:

Kirsten食得好好喎, 40安奶同好豐富既水果, 水等, 量係好多, 但係如果佢成長得好唔緊要架, 因為佢高ma!不過我覺得妳可以俾佢試下食多d 糊仔, 或者粥仔, 因為始終要學下進食奶以外既固體食物。
紫鈺依家飲奶叫做好少少了, 多數飲五安, 一日勉強都飲到30安奶(計埋半夜4-5點果餐), 我自己覺得佢既厭奶期係過左, 但係因為佢捲住脷來啜奶, 一次飲唔到太多, 會好攰, 所以都keep住少量多餐, 真係玩死我哩個阿媽。佢依家一日都食一碗仔好杰既粥(用瘦肉燉湯再燉粥)。
kirsten依家點呀!坐得好好了係唔係?有無出牙仔, 係唔係爬得好叻啦!紫鈺仲未試爬, 我都無機會俾佢學, 期待睇kirsten既靚相, 妳都要多d入來chat呀!

Dear all mommies

Long time no chat & my bb's eating time table is as below:

0700 - 6oz milk
0900 - 1oz juice mixed with 2 oz water
1000 - 6oz milk
1300 - 1/2 bowl rice cereal + (apple or banana or papaya or pumpkin or carrot)
1600 - 6oz milk
1900 - 1/2 bowl rice cereal + (apple or banana or papaya or pumpkin or carrot)
2300 - 6oz milk

And about 1 oz of water between meals.

Oneonelee, baobao still takes milk at mid-night? why don't you reschedule his meals a bit as he eats quite late in morning.

Cathy/Carol, hope both of you get well soon!

擒日第一次同NOEL去SWIMMING, 佢都好 enjoy 好開心呀! 同佢玩左半個鍾有多, 佢兩腳"young young" 好似真係游得好好咁. 仲偷偷地影左好相. 依家仲未有時間upload d 相. 我會盡快upload 比你地睇吓佢個真實版.

I have give her cereal every day la, target is half bolt but she never finish it, is really difficult to feed her by myself, she like to play while eating, but i got two hand...... her face eat much more than her mouth... & congee i give her before (with fish).. she hate it, i think because congee not sweet la....

I have give her some bread and fish sometime too, she can eat a little bit.

Anyway as i know cereal is much better than congee (rich of iron) so i give up to give her congee now....

Kirsten now 爬 & 坐得好好, but she got no teeth yet, i have brough her the "Teething Rushs - Heinz" she like it quite a lot, sometime she can eat a little bit, really funny.

Did u try to ask the nurse or doctor how to improve the problem with 紫鈺捲住脷來啜奶? may be they can help u ma.... so poor you, you might very tried la.... anyway how is your new maid? did she come yet?

The photos i give try to make it ASAP la..... take time la - because i'm very lazy....hehehe...

Yes, i will come up here as much as i can, but i go out quite often.... i try my best la.

Yeah... Kirsten now really big now, she is very heavy and active now, when i holding her on hand, she keep clamber on my body... really difficult to hold her still now..... but anyway, most of the time she is playing her toy in her play plan or walk in her walker(20minutes a time) .... hehe...

So poor u.... NOEL only have 20oz milk a day..... u must very worry la...... is it any thing she love to eat so that u can let her eat more like (Congee, cereal or bread) may be she can eat some more la.

From the photo of NOEL she look pretty fat, can't believed she have problem of eating ma..... naughty Noel la.......

Hahaha.... we miss you and 包包 too la, 包包 really have to stop the mid-night bottle la, better tell your maid to feed 包包 about 11-12pm so that 包包 can be full and sleep better though all night, this should be better for the baby and aduit la.

We might can see in next function la, i try my best to come on next function because now Kirsten having her milk a lot better than before, so i believed i can join the next function (in mean time).... :-P :-P

仔仔終於終於識得反身啦…！無論係面向天反身至趴係度、或者係趴係度反身至面向天都識得啦∼！仲要係咁反來反去！我真係好開心∼！
仲有一樣野令我好開心架∼就係等左差唔多２個月既牙仔又終於終於出黎啦∼！！！ 唔知真係咁岩得咁橋，定係２號奶粉「有ｄ料到」呢∼？岩岩轉左幾日２號奶粉，就見到仔仔隻牙出黎啦∼！之前一路都只係見到２個印，摸唔到牙仔，而家摸到啦∼好開心呀∼！！！！！ :idea: :exclaim: :mrgreen:
