pan pacific hotel is very near the merlion statue. and if for shopping then you can go to suntec or marina square

Just want to know if I buy 4D3N package to Singapore and then stay 1 night in Bintan and also go to Sentosa. How long can I spend in these two places ? Is it expensive to stay overnight in Bintan and Sentosa ? Any places recommend if I have a 4 yrs old child to go with.

Anyone knows whether the taxi fare is expensive if I take taxi from Airport to Chinatown (distance around 25km) as there is no transfer provided in my package. Anyone website advise to book hotel which offer cheaper price ?

there is only 1 resort there in bintan not very expansiv...not sure price...sentosa comfirm ver y exspensive..my opinon is just to stay @ town takin cap to sentosa only about SGD$6 the most excluded adminssion fare to sentosa which is SGD$3

well i a staying in chinatown as well in nov i took the cab from airport to china town it was about SGD17...but i heard from my fd now that the cab fare increase to twenty cent per jump....and starting meter is 2.80 if i am not wrong so i guess now is abt $ 23....

Since I will arrive there at 11pm so I think no other transportation rather than taxi. Also, could you recommend me the hotel in chinatown ? Is it convenient to go Sentosa, Jorhou. Did you go Night Safari or Day Zoo ? Which one is more attractive ? For Bintan, can I go for day trip rather stay overnight ?

dun b silly if u reali want the cheap way mrt opens till mid night if i am not wrong...u can take to town and trf NR buses or night rider...in china town the hotels are quite old..actuali can try those in marina not reali far from china town!! only 10min ride for bus. for sentosa you can take mrt to tiong bahru there is shuttle bus there just opp the tiong bahru plaza...or take mrt straight to world trade and go to the interchange for shuttle bus as well..for the zoo and night safari both are great but u have to go early in the morning if not u wont be able to finish walkin. for night safari nothing much actuali as it is too dark for you to see...though it is a new experiance as u dun find it else where...but telling you going once is enough...bintan you normally just do some cycling or fishing there...just like what u do here in 'mui wor'...hope it helps u la

my suggestion

day 1
番到hotel訓覺

day 2
Orchard Road + Suntec City + Marina
Bay + Merlion
Park + esplanade

Day 3
AMK central(as u can take direct bus in Ang Mo Kio interchange)+Singapore Zoo + Night Safari

Day 4
Vivo shopping centre and world trade center(u take shuttle bus in world trade interchange)+Sentosa (Underwater World + Dolphin Lagoon(the beach is nice too if u plan to go there just next to it) + Songs of the Sea(i think u mean musical fountain) butterfly house )

Day 5
China Town 1st-->Clarke Quay (but in the day time nothing much as mostly are pubs and disco)-->can go to 'lao ba sa' to have dinner

Day 6

AMK=Ang Mo Kio....u can experiance and see some of the local life there...it use to be my hangout too during my student days there
