side plank 我只係上prof's hatha 同埋kamal's vinyasa 時做過咋.
我做locust 時, 對腳真係第唔得高架. 不過肯定可以firm pat pat 肉.
不過我發現我期待以久既Kundalini 下星期有兩堂, 有一堂係afternoon, 終於可以試下上啦 !

kryoga ananda bliss 主要做3種breathing,然後做sun salutation.

我睇description 咋, kundalini 可以增強抵抗力, 又可以balance d glands, 好似好勁咁丫嘛. 我覺得我地呢個年紀, balance d glands 好緊要, 雖然唔知balance 咩glands.
yee? 係喎, AV 都有side plank.... 越黎越多堂想上, 開始覺得一日得一堂上唔晒我想上既堂.

That's why I love it! when I get pressure/troubles (esp recently..)... need to find a way to release (when I do yoga... sometimes can't focus well...cos think about my problems)... attend Jagan's class, give me laughing & happiness, cos he is a funny guy!!!![]()
