Actually training should be started right after you bring bb home. However, I suggest you read the book first before you train the bb. You must understand the theory behind. Don't worry, even Jasmine, almost 4-month old, can follow the schedule. You can let Jimson have the training later after you read the book.

After the day-time sleep training, she can sleep through the whole night to 7:00a.m without waking up, which she is never able to do that. My maid even has to wake her up for the midnight feed and early morning feed.
I think today's training will be better as she has enough sleep last night.
You better ensure BB's "Chi Dai" is clean enought because it will be very troublesome if it is infected! Can you teach your MIL how to clean it and ask her to dry the "Chi Dai" everytime after bath.
