i will go to texas as an exchange student for 6 weeks and stay behind for 2 extra weeks to orlando, LA (may also go to LV) and san fan.
i have search online that the sales tax in texas is 6.25%~~
we will stay in the university hostel and i can not drive

but for buying things, we do not mind whether to buy in supermarket or other groceries~we will buy in place which is cheaper

which state you will go? as every state is different.
you need to pay tax on shopping (even groceries shopping) so, the price you see on the tag, will not be the price you pay for it, so bear in mind.
when you go outside to eat, you need to pay tips.. remember that!
how long are you going to stay..?
will you drive? will you rent car? where will you stay..? in dom or rent apartment?
I need more information, so I can tell you more.
also, do you rely on chinese groceries or you don't mind to buy everything in the local supermarket? price is different as well.

ryan likes school, he has been saying he wants to go to school b4 he started.. so he didnt cry lor.. when it was his 1st day there, he even consulted one of the new kid, telling him not to cry and they can play together. but the 3rd or 4th day he dragged my leg asking me to stay w him in the class.. probably it was always daddy brings him to school, but that day i did the drop off, so he 好0爹..
he's going part time from 8:30-12:30 only, i found myself having much more time to spend w baby ian ar.. so happy hehe

I think your son lovely , but him not cry in school good boy. my big son only cry 3 day, after day say will bye bye and no look me more la, teacher give some toy him to play forget me. but him happy.. me too same to you have more hrs free and take care young son.anyway, mama + oil.. where do you live? and that do you have msn id. your son is good ar.. only cried for 3 days and said byebye to you. ryan needed his daddy to stay in the class w him reading for couple of minutes ga.. he just says byebye to daddy w/o reading w him these 2-3 days.
i am in queens.

唔係我懷疑架~~係我奶奶話架~佢又話如果真係有的話要早d睇....如果唔係再大d要學講野時就太遲喎...我都唔識呀...宜家alvin4個月1星期...想話5個月去pedi 時問下囉!! 宜家99入左黎幾日....alvin 唔肯飲奶....唉...可能屋企多人左我62都有黎...多左2個老人家o係屋企=.=alvin原本一日都有30安到....哩幾日得10幾20安....平時佢又玩得好開心...又唔似唔舒服...alvin就開心得過...我就真係好唔開心...心痛到想喊...佢本原就唔係大隻架啦...再係咁落去我只怕再變""細碼""..............>.<

you guys.. your sons are very good kids.. Amanda cried completely 4 months (monday to friday) non-stopped.
it was so horrible for all of us.. so frustrated.
is that because the different between boys and girls??
or it is the problem of Amanda?
