Mui Mui,

How is Jasmine's 3hour nap time spread out during 0800-2000???

Jasmine is probably not too use to all of a sudden having only 3 hours nap during the day that's why she is grumpy. I forgot where in the book that I read if the training is not start at day 1, should always start the training from week 1 or something like that.

I think you can experiment with letting Jasmine nap for 30mins first during 17-1800 but if she is still grumpy then give 45 mins build it up.

Then once she is more use to this sleep pattern, see if can cut out the nap again by 5 mins less every 3-4 days law.

I think our area is really nice law you all response to me even though I cannot type chinese and we always welcome anyone to join us.

I just ask someone questions in other sections, they don't like to answer law.

Cicy, I totally agree !!!! We are the NICEST beauty in BK~~~

BTW, thanks for your advice and I will try try tomorrow... Actually Jasmine's morning nap is between 10:30 - 11:15 and the afternoon section is 13:30 - 15:45, and usually Jasmine cannot sleep that much in afternoon section.

大家好! 我想下,我現在差不多6個月,牙肉及喉嚨有D痛,可以飲那些飲料呢?還有在生產前2個月,可以飲D咩湯水,可幫助容易D生產.

無計la，佢哋又唔知幾時先開始裝修??點裝修又唔知，圖又未畫，乜都未傾，無"奶油"掉空間屋等佢哋住ma，係ar，bb床夜晚推返去我哋房，我想餵返佢11點零果餐 & 暗佢瞓ar :mrgreen: 無錯ar，Jne個中文名得兩個字ar，都係個"靜"字先改囡囡英文名Jne

尋日無車跟我ar，你知果條路幾靜先得ka，唔係老公點會比架二奶我渣，不過佢話我轉彎時手軚唔定，所以佢暈暈哋wor

同埋我打燈時用左手呠依d烏龍野law

所以條友仔係咁笑我
