I am no better than you la, even I feed SumSum three times a day, or pump 1 time, feed two times... I pump 3-5 oz each time these days... dunno why

I drink soup and tea bag ga la...

Are you using the PIS-advanced now? If yes, you may try my method shown below:-
My method is pump 10mins then stop 1 min and then pump another 5 to 10 mins. (suppose you will have two "let down"). If still not enough stop another 1 min and pump again. I keep using this method over 9 months, the total milk supply is 8oz. (except auntie visit)
