想問imm5533 checklist
- copies of national identity cards (for yourself and all family members). Is it i need to provide hkid copies for myself (sponsor), hubby (PA), and 2 children? Or tick neither of the above applies to me?
- need to tick the box for medicial examination? But do not need to do until cicc inform us to do so...
- do I attach employement letter and tax assessment under “employement/source of income” in checklist. Principle applicant’s employment / tax / reference letter attach to imm5669?
