for myself, due to after nursing school, actually i came to sydney to do my degree, so i have been here almost 10 yrs, so verbally is ok for me to talk to patient, and also, patient actually is nice here
nut i can say, australia is a multi culture working environment, our english is not the best, but will be the wrose compare witth mainland china or india, korean, japanese, thai etc
