popocat, if you are talking about No. 2 of NZ version which is S26 Progress Gold then I would personally suggest 12mth old for S26 Progress Gold is the same as No. 3 of HK version. For No. 3 of HK version is designed for babies from 1 yr to 3 yrs old.

HK version No. 2 S26 Promil = not available in NZ
HK version No. 3 S26 Progress = NZ version Follow-on S26 Progress
