CD 咪唔可以係21/f 休息時播歌練習囉, 佢地一日上3-4堂跳舞堂架, 好多時間係21/f 休息的

haha... should be half half la... in fact I love to dance ga... when I was in my Secondary Life, I was a head of dance group, and few years before, joined areobic & funky dance ga...

原來syam 去左放假, 我仲想呢個星期又上果堂kamal's vinyasa 添... 雖然係好辛苦. 或者我聽日去上果堂Hatha Oorja, 睇下係咩黎. 橫掂我未上過kapil 堂.

咁即係要溫左書先去上kundalini 堂好 d.

你一日可以上多過一堂, 都可以上多d 你心怡既堂呀... 但我得一堂...

Total $880 for 3 half days only. The introduction told me that, they'll learn
- Animals' living styles
- Their symptoms, like Panda (black & white), dolphin (how many teeth...).
- Their eating habits..
- art works
- how to be a animal trainer (eg.. how to ask sea lion/dolphin to do some poses..)

會好少少, 無concept 就好似淨做動作, 不如上其他動作堂, reddy 既英文唔易聽架, samrat / master / kapil 英文最易聽

我每日可以上堂時間有限, 要留一個鐘上 meditation, 只可以上一堂 asana, 唔撞時間先可以上2堂asana加一堂meditation....

first 2 days, only child to attend, send her to OP before 9am & pick her up at 12nn, so my maid waited for her there (she went to Aberdeen betweet 9am to 11.30am).

Then the last day, either mom or daddy to attend together with child. That's call family gathering. That's why I can took a lot of photos during the class.

I had same feeling before, but 1st day, I saw there has 2 teachers for 10 kids, they kept to check the no. 1-10. & usually they stayed indoor most of time.. Even outdoor, they chose early time, not too crowded.
