same with yu-ma, that's a chance, if he feels you can incharge the co. bargan with him your terms, let him from the begining he hired you only for clerical position, but now most likely an executive position, the offer should be different.

I've the similar suituation before, before the existing job, I was an adm assist, then tai lo fired his sec, & asked me to help him a short period, 3-4 months after, he asked me whether I'm interested to stay to help him, I said OK (because no family pressure) but terms should be changed, he agreed.

So now 2 options for you to think
1. stay same position right now
you only want to have the regular income every month, don't want to spend too much time in office, your life is for fai chai only

2. accept the new offer
that means you'll get increment, long time spend in your job, but also face the problems with colleagues, but I always said we can't fulfill everybody, only do our best!

總之一切為肥齊奶粉錢,有錢加就得,做阿姐/incharge都冇所謂,邊個incharge唔係2,5仔丫.最緊要handle得好 (學"安茜"咁,總之做野對得自己良心就得),其實你班同事妒忌你姐,你估比老細睇起咁易架.講真,同事可得罪,boss就唔得啦.最壞打算,咪最多唔撈.

.....打完針針...回家了...煒煒喊咗兩聲都OK.....but我好down.........

1. 今日去健康院....健康院播BB成長Viedo.......一路睇, 一路懐緬煒煒過去......到最後講到返幼兒園...........我就眼濕濕~~~~想起第日煒煒返幼兒/稚園...好唔捨得, 煒煒要獨立....我要將煒煒交俾其它人教.......它日煒煒聽老師話多過聽我話..............煒煒要面對人際, 是非, 困難, 痛苦..........這個殘酷世界~~~~~

2. 今日見護士..........護士話煒煒仲唔識講嘢 (only 媽媽, 無).....要做語言測試~~9-Oct......好唔開心!!

都唔知返唔返上去先~~~~~好苦腦!!
