I've sold my N.T. flat in may 2009, waiting the price to drop and then buy one in KLN...... of course, i regret what i did, but i knew it's no use crying over split milk. so i bought mei foo in oct 2009, though much higher than i expected mths ago, i really don't want to rent a house anymore.
i thought the price was really high (@$5000) at that time, but it is even more higher now, and most important, the type i bought is rarely for sold now.

no la, i can't afford such a huge house.
mine is phase 7, almost 1000, high level with swimming pool view, next to MTR station.
i also thought it's a bit overpriced, but after visiting more than 30 flats of different phases, i knew it is the only one i would buy within my budget.
as i knew frm agents now, similar flat is asking ~$5.3m w/o swimming pool view, and ~$6.0m w/ the same view (i wonder if the landlord is serious or not).
