Please be careful on this maid. She has worked for me for one contract. YR Apr/2009 –Apr2011.Due to some reasons(I and my husband always need to travel on business trip and my kid was in kindergarten), so we were "forced" to hire her until she finished the contract.
Her working performance was bad:
1. Always response to you “I don’t know” or “I forgot”.
2. She did not know how to take care of kids.(e.g. taking bath for the kid by using cold water).
3. Her English was very poor. She has difficulties in following instructions. When you asked her to take out the bowl, she would take out the plate. Always on “day-dreaming”.
4. When you asked her to improve her cooking, she would say I did not think there was any problem on my cooking. Never improved.
5. When she was unhappy e.g. quarreled with her boyfriend (private lives messy), she would throw the things of my house and hit my kid(told by my kid).
6. Stole my things at home.
7. Always talks on the phone(also in the midnight andit disturbs my kid’s sleeping). In the daytime, she would just leave my kid inthe living room and she herself stayed in the bedroom and talked on the phone.She would ignore my kid even my kid called her.
8. Very lazy in doing housework until you asked her to do(like cleaning up the windows). My living room always very messy. Always forgot to flush the toilet after using it(No hygiene sense).
9. Sleep during the daytime (I went back home in the afternoon one day and found that she was sleeping but the iron was switching on).
10. Borrowed money from the loan company and never paid back(the letter from the loan company keeps on sending to my house even after she left).
I was told that she got a new employer but was terminated after a few days. The reason was she stole the money from the new employer. However, the police could not find any stolen money from her but they found there were abalones in her drawer which belongs to the new employer. See, she dares to steal things just after working for the new employer for a few days.
I am told by some maids that she is still in Hong Kong. Therefore, for those who have hired this maid or who is looking for a maid (完約工人), please be careful/alert on this maid.
