其實咩叫charka? 好久以前我試堂時 prof 叫我上多d charka breathing, 佢話我breathing very bad 呀... :-( 但我見好多都係夜晚上, 所以到而加都未上到.

我朋友個password 上個星期唔知三定四issue 左啦. 佢都係早你兩日打電話去申請咋嘛. 真係要

下佢地先得!

but depands on what budget u prefer.
normally fm $5xx to $9xx .

我以前試過係office突然面敏感,做facial個人教我用棉花濕冰凍蒸餾水敷係敏感位
如果你有floral water用佢黎敷面都得架
不過如果好嚴重,梗係睇doctor,休息吓

re : my cloth
not from VS, that's very cheap, bought from Central, cotton only, Tee ($29) & Pant ($40), cos can't buy all in formal yoga wear, too expensive! I bought 4-5 set cheaper one, cos I attend yoga everyday, sometimes 2-3 classes.

re : good figure
you can get it soon, I got it from yoga, weight lost 15 lbs since Apr! work hard ar!

wow! so cheap~ where is the shop? i will probably rush to there to buy it next time!

today's class is nice, kapil is nice. but seems im not nice cos i didn't really doing my best, especially the "chin & chest on mat" and the cobra pose. i told kapil that i have difficulty to put my chin & chest on the mat, he told me to stay for 5-10 mins after class next time, then he will teach me how to do it. he is really very nice.

anyway im not as tired as last week lu (may be that's due to im not doing as hard as last time. haha), and i will try to practice some more on sun salutation at home :mrgreen:

oh..sorry.. I was too focus on the poses & my trouble things (that's why Kapil asked me how are you? after the rest).

yes, usually do more, you will not feel tired (so strange, right?). maybe because the detoxification!

you can buy it in Central - Lei Yuen Tung Street, near the tram's street, a few shops, they have same pants, long, 3/4 length.....
