真的不用擔心, 沒有什麼痛可言的, 我只有肚臍有一些痛, 只是一些, 對平日生活沒有影響, 不過我這感覺比bloveb 耐一些, 我keep 住有一個月.
其他情況(沖涼, 落地)與bloveb一樣了.
手術後要飲益力多, 醫生教的, 他說可以通下肚內的氣.

之前有bk sister, 出院後幾天已經返工啦! 不足一個月已經外出工幹啦!

i also got a dermoid cyst of about 3cm. i have done the operation early this year by dr tay. i made the decision to remove the dermoid cyst immediately because as you know, the cyst will not be disappearred by itself. i want to get rid of this "bomb" in my body.

don't worry. the operation is simple and without causing any pain. it was also the first time in my life to have operation. but i do not have much scare. perhaps, it is because i have confidence on dr tay. i only stayed in the hospital for 3 days 2 nights. as bloveb said, the second day can have shower and leave the bed. i even went to work on the first day after discharged. u just only will find to walk slow(all slow motion) for the first week after operation. of course, if you can get a longer leave from your company, i suggest u to take at leave 2 week leave. but normally dr tay will give u 4 week leave. for the others, i have similar feelings as bloveb and astor.

perhaps, u may feel shock after knowing that having a dermoid cyst. the same feeling as me when i know after the body check-up. but after i gather some more information, i know that the dermoid cyst normally is 良性 and not a serious case, then i do not have any more worry. then i have seeked one more doctor's advice and she also suggested me to do the operation. but she cannot give me the confidence. finally, a sister here referred me to see dr tay for another opinion. he also suggested me to do the operation but not so urgent as the size is not big. but i still decided to do it shortly.

tks..astor_yue....我已收到你個pm la...其實我都知..微創只係好輕微的...但我已睇左2個醫生要我開刀..因為我有4粒咁多既廇...佢地都要我開刀割..所以我好擔心..如果我好似你地咁有得做微創..我諗我都決定左日子做了....好彩dr tray咁岩有期..我明天可以入到去睇佢..問下佢意見了....

pregnany. Are you having the baby naturally?

astor_yue, you mentioned that I should take 益力多
after operation. Should I take it in the first day or
second day? As my chinese doctor ask me don't
drink the cold thing, so should I drink it when
it become a bit of warmer?

yyam, I have the exactly same feeling with you. Even
thought Dr. asked me to wait for three more months
and said my case is not in an emergency. However, I
think I cannot wait even a week as I really want to
take it out asap..........:cry: My dr. told me that I may leave the evening of second day if everything is fine with me......

Now, I am feeling much better and hope you all healthy
and happy..........:-P

我都是飲不凍的益力多(買沒有雪過的), 第一或二日飲都沒問題, 自己有胃口飲便是了.
另我建議住2晚較好, 及選一間近屋企的醫院都很重要, 因為回家時比較方便d. 我是第三日上午出院的, 坐的士回家, 總是覺得車子在"done done 吓", 感到一d不舒服.

Hi moledy,

As I want to get rid of it asap, but Dr. Tay need to wait
a longer time (2 - 3 months) for operation appointment.
Also, suggested by my friend who is also a nurse, I found
another doctor to do the operation for me. If you need
information, pls let me know.....

hi Loveee, i already visited Dr. Tay today la...and he said i need to 開刀. He is so nice and i make the operation appointment on 21 Aug 07 and not as long as you said. Hope we all can get well asap la.....

Hi Loveee,

Yeah, if you tell your case to the nurse and the nurse knows it is about operation, then she will arrange an early appointment for you. For those not urgent new case normally you have to wait for three months...but if your case might require operation, then you can skip the Q. LIke me when i called i need to wait for 3 months. Then i know i cant wait i called again and told the nurse that i have Dermoid cyst and it's big...then i got appointment within one week. Honestly, DR is busy but is not as others that allow you only 15 mins for consultation. he will allow 30 to 45 min for consultation time. so he will have time for you to jump the queue...

Yes....我都係睇左你地既意見我都係有講我既case 比姑娘知...好彩又可以咁快有得睇鄭醫生...又咁好彩佢比我排到8月尾...同埋dr. tay都有講我係良性...佢d booking 好full....但我話可唔可以快d, 因為個心日日咁諗住好煩好辛苦呢....咁佢都肯比我等幾個星期就做operation 了....不過而+又要等緊衣個日子來臨都有些驚呢....

Hi moledy,

dont worry laa. When the first time i saw Dr Tay and he arranged me for operation two weeks after. after i went ho,e...i still feel puzzle and have some questions and again i consulted him the 2nd time. Normally ppl dont consult him for two times just for the Dermoid cyst operation. So i suppose you can tell how panic i was ah. Anyway, realy, dont waste your ime for that. Just go to the hospital when the day comes and get operated. They will put you into sleep and when you open your eyes...it's done. I did not feel painful at all afterthe operation due Dr Tay put the pain killer in the drip (salt water). But once the salt water is finished, the next day it's painful but still okie..not too bad. Maybe you remind Dr Tay to put some painkiller to the drip for you. Also Dr Tay knows that i am so worried ...he even put a tube to my urinary tract so that i dont have to go to toilet on my own on the same day. But the nurse will unplug the tube for you the next day morning coz you should start walking the next day. Bring the Yakult along with you andrink it coz your stomach will feel very very bloated.

Dr tay explained to me that you have wound inside with some bad bacteria that caused wind in your stomach. Drink Yakult will give you good bacterias in your bowel to kill the bad bacteria...so it will be less bloated.

Add Oil...you will be fine.

Dear Bloveb....Dr Tay said he will encourage me to walk on next day and i said i must afraid painful. I ask him not to take off the tube for me and walk on the third day ar....but he doesn't promise me. he said i should try to walk on next day. I visited him the first time and also booked the operation and he ask me if i have any questions to ask hime for this operation and i said nothing because i have no past experience and don't know to ask him what i should know for this operation. So i only ask him a few questions and finished. Finally, he said next time we will meet in the hospital la...

不用擔心, 我們已經歷過這一切, 到了手術後的第二天, 你自然會想落床行吓, 因為體內有很多氣, 只要你行吓, 就會舒服很多, 行過你便會知道, 因為護士都是這樣說的, 只要慢慢行, 便沒有什麼似的.

我在第二天早上吃過早餐, 便叫醫院的姐姐, 扶我落床及行去廁所, 雖然她沒有等我完事後再扶我回床, 但原來自己慢慢行都已經可以了, 很神奇的事呢!

你千萬都要放鬆心情, 壓力越大, 便容易患病, 一定唔好俾自己在手術前有病(傷風感冒), 如果你有咳, 手術後會很辛苦的, 因會容易咳襯個傷口, 小心身體呀! 吃d 維他命c 的食物. 保持健康的體魄.
我哋會支持你的.

多謝astor_yue..你既鼓勵...真係有人鼓勵係好大支持的....我呀..衣幾個廇對我係完全無感覺的...好唔開心係照左之後先發覺咁多粒但自己又無感覺..所以要我去開刀..我係完全好hurt...but 照既時候鄭醫生話好多粒..要開刀..我好失望..不過無辦法...佢仲話要我做完手術後要半年後計劃生埋bb law...生bb都要再開刀...我聽完都好驚...你話呀..剛剛要開刀做衣個手術..要生bb 又要開刀仲要快wo..即係我又要去驚同痛多一次law...佢話我咁..好快會再生番出來..所以我要快生bb...唉..衣樣野又係煩...不過而+去面對衣個手術先...haaaaaaaa..你唔提我都知架la..我衣排勁咳..我已經介飲凍野同睇咳了..但又唔可以睇中醫wo...但西醫d咳藥水又唔惦wo..我都好煩...我都知咳會傷口好痛..我會盡快醫好去呢..謝謝你既關心呀...你得閒上多d來呀...我好煩..有排想揾人傾訴呢...講笑咋..其實你都要多休息呢...

唔好煩咁多啦! 雖然我是做微創, 而你是開刀, 都只是比我辛苦一點咋, 但大家都是睡著來做手術, 我覺得對個醫生有信心便是最重要, 想當日我要找個有口俾的醫生做手術時, 都不知幾煩, 因為將條命俾佢的, 如果對佢無信心是不可能的, 我已找了很多醫生, 做了很多資料搜集, 才決定找鄭醫生的, 一見到佢, 便決定找他做了.
找到好醫生才放下心頭大石, 我便沒有再煩了. 當時只有少少擔心.
而且我亦有很多朋友做過這手術(不同年代), 我見大家都無事, 所以才不太擔心, 我其中一個朋友大概是10年前做過開刀 , 她說她的瘤像一個"碌"柚般大, 你話你這幾粒嘢, 是否小兒科呢!

你諗到什麼嘢要擔心

, 上來大家分擔吓啦!
第日手術後亦多上來分享吓, 幫幫其他人嘛!

另外, 你試試吃些維多c 之類的嘢, 先增強自己的抵抗力,
我手術前2星期就是患了傷風, 最後還是有咳.
當然我都是以西醫為主(西藥), 最後, 我都是吃了中藥根治手尾,
我叫醫師只幫我處理咳, 不要給我任何補嘢呢!
再加埋維多c 之類, 才剛可在手術前及時好返咋!

我諗食足止痛藥應該無痛掛...而+真係好似d媽咪咁可以嘗試下生仔既姿味了...不過今次唔係有個bb出世..只係d廇出世law..:lol:

醫生仲叫我要快d plan埋生bb 添呀...因為我衣個case 可能好快會返發...最好越快越好呀...我無諗過咁快要我做咁多野law....不過都係過埋衣個手術先諗架la....

我琴日睇左西醫了...我氣管收縮...所以只係乾咳但都死啦..唔斷尾...大熱天時唔飲小小凍野真係熱死呀...不過琴日食藥到而+好似咳少左好多了...希望到時無晒事啦....

如果到時咳極都重有少少都煩啦! 你想像吓, 開咗刀後少少咳,
個傷口會痛成點, 你一定要忍呀. 我做微創, 傷口咁細, 某日只是咳了幾吓,都感到不可以放聲咳, 到時連咳都要忍, 重辛苦呀!

留得青山在, 那怕無柴燒呢! 留返第日好返先飲啦!

Hi astor, 咩咳會咁嚴重呀....我衣幾日食左西醫d藥無晒事啦....but 有時我刷牙都會咳的..都習慣左好多年了...可能薄荷牙糕d 薄荷吸左入氣管啦刷牙既時候...咁我都要買過一支無薄荷味的牙糕了...係呀..我仲想問你請左幾多日病呀?
