我見到你個頭都好想渣吓,因為好細個.我見到細粒個我好多既人就好想抱走佢,好似人地綁架咁

咁我出年先讀完書.無$$.而且我好多野想學~ 所以summer我要diy做d手作仔放係網上賣 不過最重要其實係無得學yoga半年,呢個先係問題

你diy d 咩手作仔呀? 我曾經都試過... 我果時整d 狗用品... 但因為初初買材料好side 時間, 又唔夠tools, 之後就梗係半途而癈啦.

其實陀bb 時你都可以 practise meditation, 拉茶, trataka, pranayama... 都唔係100%唔可以做yoga 既...

我唔係細粒得咁緊要呀? 我下次要電大舊d d 頭髮先得.

係呀, 我身邊d 女性朋友係囉... 年紀大我少少或同年紀... 如果未生過bb, 個個都有生瘤.

我要做吓調查先知.有諗過鏈(不過都要睇market係咩人)可能係d cuite d.或者做拼布飾物.有袋,筆記薄咁.

最方便就係整靚靚既筆記薄or相薄,主要係paper cut既patten.

my friend asked me not to join yoga life school.
she said it doesn't provide yoga mat & they haven't post instructors' profile. seems not professional enough. and their centre open only in teaching time. they just rent a room in a commerical bldg.

what do u think?

maybe u go to take a look after work one day?

Ayurevda Concepts of Menstruation (Dr. Mahesh Sabade)

The lifestyle of the New Age woman is constantly changing. Some women are working harder and longer than men do. This contributes to a lot of mental and physical stress. Stress has always been a major factor in creating disease and aggravating illnesses. Women are more susceptible to stress during their menstrual period.

Manstruation is a natural phenomenon that every woman goes through. Healthy menstruation indicates a healthy reproductive system. In many gynecological disorders there is a histroy of menstrual ill health.

A healthy menstruation is one without any major symptoms such as heavy bleeding, clots severe pain in abdomen and back, inter-menstrual bleeding, delayed menses, white discharge etc. Certain symptoms may arise for a temporary phase of life, but recurrent maladies related to menstruation are not healthy events at all.

Menstruation is a vital phenomenon related to reproductive system, which needs to be nurtured in proper way. The body needs proper rest during this delicate period. One should refrain form excessive work, heavy or spicy food and sexual activity. Exercise, swimming, cycling, dance, jumping, unnessary traveling etc. should also be avoided during those four days.

Just because it is a regular event, menstruation should not be dismissed. During this period the body is subject to varius changes that creat a delicate environment within the body. The monthly shedding of the inside wall of the uterus is an internal wound-like condition that requires certain attention and care.

Improper diet and behavir during menstruation can induce aggravation of Vata, Pitta and Kapha dosha and may create groundwork for various ailments. This includes hormonal changes, menstrual disorders, infertility, polysystic ovaries (PCOD), cancers, etc. Symptms like facial hair, obesity, delayed menses etc are commonly observed in young females. Some symptoms are transferred from mothers to their daughters due to similar body patterns.

Some diseases can change the body's pattern resulting in reproductive system weaknesses. Measles, Chicken Pox, Mumps, uberculosis, longstanding feversto name a few. The marks left by these diseases show their presence through various symptoms like heavy or scanty menses, severe back of abdominal pain etc. Infertility can also be a long term effect of these diseases. In such cases it is necessary to clear the body of the after-effects of the diseases and then support natural conception.

If the effects of diseases are left untreated and conception takes place, they can be passed onto their daughters. Menopause in such cases can also become a difficult phase. The heat condensed in the body due to these diseases can result in hot flushes, excessive bleeding and diseases of other body systems.

Ayurveda strongly believes a disease is cured only when its remnants in the body are destroyed. Proper medication, Panchakarma (purification therapy), andhealthy planned food play a key role in treating all the menstrual disorders. A proper diet and behavioral regimen should be followed during menses, as this acts as prevention for most of the menstruation conditions described here.

Diet and Behavior during Menstruation
Diet, avoid:
Heavy to digest - Panner, Non-veg, Sweetmeats, Khoya, large meals etc, Pungent and Spicy foods
Cold - Cold drinks, cold food etc
Stale food
Salty - Chips, Cheese, Pickles etc
Curds, Yogurt etc
Alcohol

Behavior:
Proper rest, mental peace, no exertion or exercise, no unnecssary traveling, no sexual activity, no sietas (allowed in rare conditions)

我廿幾歲時都生過啦, 果時真係超大精神壓力, 係上環返工(超忙, 連廁所都無時間去), 4晚要趕入青衣返學(轉3次車), 晚餐就係一個bread, 放學(又係轉3次車)返到屋企12點, 仲要再做功課, 我另一個同學都生, 佢就睇西醫做手術, 半年後又生過, 我就睇左中醫食左半年藥, 而家都仲要每半年check 住, 女人真係唔適合咁大工作壓力

i read through their website, i knew they don't provide yoga mat, you may buy one and leave there, but they won't clean the mat for you or bring your own mat every time

I would not trust teacher's profile anymore, packaging cover all bad things

I prefer to have a trial lesson to observe teacher's performance

Firstly, why do you want to join one more yoga centre ? Asana, Theory, Stress Mgt, Meditation or something else ? For me, not for asana, I believe Planet is one of the best place for learning asana in Hong Kong
