but we don't have any bad smelling or have any feel about air pollution. is lucky that we only discuss here, otherwise if people will mis-understand, the value of Oscar will drop after hearing from you.....

. ; i trust TKO still has potential , as the traffice arrangement is overall okay, better than other new terr, overall the value of Oscar has been going up,, .. average is $ 3600.00 base on my flat. because different view, different block has a big range of price.. some are facing sea, is more expensive.

...唔好再講啦, 再講"清水灣xx"就跌價啦

i always drive to the industrial zone, but the environment is very nice, some scene is like western country, as there are no heavy industries;also, there will be a big esate in the terminal of MTR, the cite wil be similar to Tai Koo Shing, there will be big development near the industrial zone.
it is heard that there will be a lot of schools building up in TKO soon.
