Casino Morongo in Palm Spring , right ? My husband told me that they just rebuilt it, the old casino changed to be "bingo" hall.We've been there before , but I don't really remember it, it's a long long time ago..(I'm getting old, my brain's always dead :mrgreen: )
How big is your baby girl now ? Did she get a fever after shot ?

Now my baby boy is 4 and a half months old, I don't feed him solid foods yet, maybe I will wait until he's 5 and a half months.

My tummy tuck still sticks on me , I don't know how to get rid of it. Sometimes I watch " health channel" on tv, they talk about the cosmetic surgery . I will talk to myself " should I go to get some surgery ? "

My husband did the same thing as yours . Fortunately, mine is also a fat fat fat man...

Don't be sad..They can understand you were not born here and your mother language is not English.
At the beginning, I couldn't communicate with the friends of my husband either, everytime I had to pay more attention because they spoke very fast and unclear. After a while, I can talk with them because I can hear their accent and understand most slang.
Just take your time.

Little fat man,
I think that Casino Hotel is in San Diego. The one in Palm Springs is Spa Resort Casino. My mother-in-law went there and won about $1300 in slot machines.
Your bb is still little, no rush to feed him congee yet. I didn't feed my bb son rice cereal until he was a little over 5 months old. Doctor recommended to feed bb several spoons of light cereal per day for 3 days to see if he has reaction on it. Then I introduced different kinds of rice cereal to him and added the portion meal after meal .I mix cereal with water not formula.
Where do u live now and where are u moving to?

亞仔係四個月時巳經開始識轉身..自始,就煩囉..同佢換親diaper打晒側, 仲要好快咁轉埋身,我都成日要番反轉佢先換到..同佢沖涼又無時停,又係玩晒打側..放佢係地下,同佢轉番,唔夠一秒,又轉過.由得佢轉,佢又head-up 咁嘈生晒, 叫晒救命咁.真係比佢激屎架..
我平時都係上放佢係地下比佢自己同d玩具玩, 佢太重啦,根本我抱唔得到耐..或者有時比佢坐係couch,佢就自己捉吓佢自己腳仔,或者我會抱住佢一起睇電視.不過,佢大多數都痴住晒,要我陪佢囉..
我都唔知幾時先同佢換carseat,我老公近排勁忙,睇怕都有排lu..
你個仔又點呀?

Too bad, working full time doesn't help! I am surprised too because I do walk a lot for my job. The fat on my body was from my first pregnancy. I craved for Korean bbq so I ate lots of beef and rice. GAINED 60 POUNDS!! Then I could only lost about half of it and kind of get used to being fat for couple of years. I didn't gain much with my second one. I only craved for vegetables and hated meat!

You're right , before it was just a Spa Resort Casino, small hotel and casino, but it rebuilt it to be bigger. Casino Morongo is located 20 minutes west of Palm Springs.
Your mother-in-law was so lucky.. :mrgreen:
I live in Long Beach, I just move to better area..

My baby is very active at night before I sleep but I will tell her to sleep and she will move less.

Yes, she will 打 hiccups and I will feel bad for her...cos maybe I eat too much and so I will try to turn around or change position to help her stop hiccup....
Do you have any plan for Christmas? I guess we will stay home :-( cos can't go anywhere....
Have you make 豬腳薑? I have n't cos I not sure I will eat or not.... :cry: so...maybe I will make after my baby born la...

Woo..you gained 60 Lbs and did you have any strecth mark?? I have some strecth marks now around my bottom belly (red lines) and I am so scarced....cos I afraid these strecth mark will become permanent... ?-(

Hi everyone,

I haven't come here for quite a while and glad to see there are more mommies joined this topic. I'm busy since my daughter started school in Sept. Other than the house work, I have to do some volunteer work in her school every week and I have to watch my daughter to do her homework everyday..... I'm glad that there is Winter break for 2 weeks start on Monday, I don't need to get up early (I have to get up at 6:15am every morning to prepare for my daughter to go to school).

Anyway, just want to say

Yes, Dr. Lip. I haven't visited him for a long time. My friend saids he charges about $65/70 per visit for 3 bags of herb medicine now. Quite expensive!

Yeah! 60 POUNDS from 1st pregnancy. Oh yes! I have lots of stretch marks. I've tried different stretch marks oil/lotion but no help. I don't care too much about it because I will never wear bikini or low cut

I do want to lose weight desperately...My goal is to lose 30 more pounds.

I made the pig feet ginger by myself but I never ate them. I don't like the smell and taste of it. They are for people who came visit me & bb.

I haven't been to Koi Palace for a long time. This place is always packed!

Take it easy on packing!
Dr. Lip makes lots of $$. So many people go see him on weekends! If you can't be there by early morning, wait time is usually at least an hour or more! All people pay cash and only a few pay by check.

你個仔先得三個幾月, 唔駛咁心急喎...依家放佢係床,都一定放係正中間..有時同佢換diaper, 佢會瞓晒身,咁嚟掂個wipes bag ,之後,就張wipes 扯出嚟, 所以依家我唔會放係佢側邊.收埋架..

我都唔知佢會咁快架...我記得係佢三個幾月倒, 小肥佬開始一隻腳係咁頂住,玩晒拱橋,都仲咪得架,去見醫生(係佢四個月) 仲話比個醫生知,佢仲未識轉身....點知一返到屋企, 就見到佢自己轉啦... 我都唔知快定慢架..我睇書講, 如果very active baby 就會快d, mellow baby 就會慢d..咁即刻話亞仔有排玩嘢 ??

Result is here!! I made the congee with Golden Phoenix rice and I do like it better than the Japanese rice. It's more "mean" (like sofe/smooth)!
I don't let my bb eat meat everyday.
