I really enjoy reading this blog - you gals are so liberal in sharing tips and are so supportive of each other. I started my MSL course last month. Although I don't seem to have much progress (losing merely 5 lbs in three weeks), I have hope that I will reach my goal soon - as I learnt from here that everyone has to go through the tough time of fighting food temptations, sweating on the stepper and etc before they succeed. So keep on rolling, pretty ladies!

5 pounds in three weeks is a very good result....the msl set the healthy target as 5-8 pounds/month...maybe one week more you loss another 1-2 pound(s)...
