I just had my infant care class today and the instructor told us not to use baby wipe, oitnment and cream on baby and never use powder cos baby skin is very sensitive. Only use warm water...so..I will save a lot money cos don't need to buy any baby wipes at all....(But I already bought wipe warmer :cry: and baby powder...:cry:

Koi Palace is very good in Dim Sum and dinner ga...But we normally go there on Friday morning before 12:00a.m. to have morning tea + lunch. It is packed during weekend and you have to wait at least an hour to have a table.

I already spent US100 on stretch mark product and bought 2 body butter yesterday....But still have strech marks...so...You are so right...don't waste money on these products....

I guess we both gained too much pounds and that's why I had so many strecth mark. ?-( I heard so many Chinese women from USA go back to China to do plastic surgery (cos cheaper than here) and is pretty good...so maybe I will consider after 10 years...more people tested the result

Stretch mark has nothing to do with how much weight you gained. I heard a lot of people say if your mom has it, you'll probably has it too!
I don't think I'll have the gus to do plastic surgery but I'm amazed with the slim body programs in Hong Kong. Look at Fay Fay's daughter, Cheung Yan Yee!
Talking about sit moon, do all USA moms follow the chinese traditional way like...no shower, no shampoo hair, use ginger skin water to wipe body....I didn't follow! :lol:

Diapers are $29.99 a box at Costco here in the bay area. I don't buy diapers there unless there is a coupon. I found out Target always has sale on Diapers.
My personal experience: Huggies is better for girl and pampers is better for boy.
My friend who is pharmacist , told me not to use any wipes because they have some kinds of chemical ingredients, he uses the wash cloth with warm water for his 8-month-old son. But I still keep using it because it's so convenient.
Do you keep the receipt of your bb products ? maybe you should return them .

Mini-matt uses Pampers no.3.. We don't like Huggies because it leaked out of the side . Maybe Huggies' design doesn't fit for my little boy's butt. Sometimes I buy the diaper at Baby R US with 10 % (15 %) coupon, compareing to most grocery stores, it's still a little bit cheaper.
Yesterday , we went to the christmas party, mini-matt was being very good (that made me scared), He didn't eat too much and cry in 5 hours, he just watched us draw the dice and open the presents. Until 12:30 mid-night, he started to wiggle . At that time, we knew we had to go...
He still cried and woke up a couple times at mid-night...Anyway, he seems so happy again this morning...

Did you girls use any stretch mark products when you were pregnant? I started using the Tonic Oil by Clarins on my butt and tummy when I was 2 months pregnant and luckily no stretch mark. I gained 30 lbs from this pregnancy.

I just finished 1 pack of strecth mark cream which i bought in HK this Sept and the brand is Lierac (around US$ 30). I found out that is not really helpful but I bought 3 when I was in HK. So, I need to put body butter from Body shop first and then put Lierac gel on top. Hopefully, I will not getting more strecth mark la... :cry:

Hi, I had been to AZ 1 times and went to Phoneix and Tuscan. But the weather is so dry and hot (maybe I went there in summer time) The only plant I saw outside people's backyard is catcus!!! ?-(

My mom did not have any problem in pregnancy but I had morning sickness. She did not have any strecth mark but I guess...I am not like her....at all! :evil:
I wonder most Americans don't do the sitting moon thing, but still healthy right...but I will follow the Chinese tradition cos maybe I did not want anything bad happen in future...

Just use lots of lotion all over you body since it's winter time anyways. The stretch mark will lighten down after you give birth. I used to have to pee a lot at night toward the end of my pregnancy. It's a sign you'll give birth soon because the bb is sitting on your bladder already. Just walk walk and walk. Good luck.

Yes...sometimes we buy drinks from Ten Ren, I like there boba green milk tea....yummy. I'm not sure if you can purchase gucci online. I know you can buy louis vuitton on eluxury but I haven't tried it before. I prefer buying at South Coast Plaza. :lol: :lol:

For some reason, I find Huggies Supreme to fit my daughter better. She is using stage 3 now. I tried using the pampers swaddler on her before but the fragrance made her pat pat red.
My best friend from H.K. high school (she's in East coast now) just went back to H.K. for 1 month. She called me today and said that she'll be meeting other high school friends on Wed. Ah! I wish I could join them too!! :cry:
