我今日開始會做你suggest 的運動, 希望做多d等bb快d出黎啦. 因我老公得3wks holiday, 佢next sat 就要返香港, 所以我想佢快d時間見到個囡.

每日我都有留意bb有無郁呀, 我依家係擔心胎水夠唔夠. 我last week 開始己經唔食咁多飯, 怕醣份高會變巨b呀.

我依家都食多左涼野同飲白蓮so, 希望可以滑胎同去胎毒.

Hi 3cats, nice to meet you, I am the new member here, glad to know your baby is almost born, is this a girl or boy?? You must be so nervous. My EED is Jan 14, 08, long way to go, I am very exciting and nervous as well since this is my 1st baby.

You will be fine, there are so many mami here to support you here, "add the oil" ar......

Hi jstn,
When is your due date? My due date is Sep 1 or 2 (My ob said Sep 2 but the hospital record said Sep 1 ?-( ). In my last pregnancy, I did not have time for many classes because I had complication and my son bornt early. I had to be in and out hospital at least 3 times before he bornt so I missed a lot of classes (luckily, all of them were free). But, I're fine and it depended on the situation and the nurses, doctor and your coach. I managed the pain okay. So, don't have to worry yet.

now i am getting more excited, as the due date is approaching ... bb moves a lot inside and whenever i see my belly changes shape because of bb's move, i smile and feel very comforting ... i know he's doing well

for pain management, i don't know how much i can handle ... in the past, i did 通淋疤 on my legs and it was painful, hard to stand ar ... no matter what, if no complication, i will go for natural birth with epidural ... i do trust my OB and i will be brave ...

these days i feel something like M pain ... not exactly pain, but discomfort .. is it normal?

Haha, our due dates are close. I just wonder if I would be finally a August mom because my baby is big. My ob said if the baby continues to grow big, I have considered C-section this time. When my son bornt, I had a natural born delivery but the tear was 4 degree (the worst) upto my rectum :-( and it took more than 3 months to recover. Well, anyway, I will do whatever safe to my baby.

I am able to handle pain. I did 通淋疤 before and I did not have any problem. Last pregnancy, I did not feel the pain at all when I're in labor, even it was already 5cm dilated. When the dr. added mediation to induce labor (because my baby just stopped after 5cm dilated), I really felt the pain but not that hurt. Since I had complication, the dr. insisted to give me epidural so I did not really in pain for the whole process, maybe just felt 3 times of labor pain. Natural born is always good and faster for recovery but safety is more important. I agree, trust the ob, trust yourself and trust your baby too.

有冇問你醫生可唔可以催生出呀?我一到４０ｗｋｓ就催生啦．　因ｂｂ成７磅幾，　同個頭仔大大地，　我又ｉｎｓｉｓｔ要ｎａｔｕｒａｌ　ｂｉｒｔｈ，　醫生話咁咪催生啦，　冇問題架．又夠ｗｋｓ又夠晒重．
咁你老公咪可睇到ｂｂ出世咯．

我都冇想ｌａｍａｚｅ　ｃｌａｓｓ，　都係上左ｄｒ．ｗａｎ果個咋．．都ｏｋ架．．只要記住ｐｕｓｈ時個口一定要合埋，　同要感覺陣痛先ｐｕｓｈ架．　我都係ｐｕｓｈ左幾下就出啦．我當時都驚架．因我ｂｂ個ｂｏｄｙ好上呀，　ｗａｎ都話可能要ｐｕｓｈ成個幾兩個鐘先出，　同埋佢都叫多左一個醫生黎幫佢，　因話可能要ｐｒｅｓｓ我個肚幫手出，　但點知，都唔洗４下ｐｕｓｈ，　叻叻就出左黎啦．最攪笑係，我老公話都睇到個頭髮，ｗａｎ叫我唔好ｐｕｓｈ住．休息下先再ｐｕｓｈ，　我老公就好心急點解唔ｐｕｓｈ埋佢出黎．．哈哈．但我當時更係唔知佢見到個頭髮啦．

, woo, 16 months already, she must keep you busy all the time, this age of the baby is really cute cuz they start to walk and talk......

I don't think i can handle the pain at all, I am even scared to get the shock everytime, so I think I am going to do the epidural as well, do you guys think have any side effects doing the epidural???
