OIC...BTW, next time when you go to HK, there are morechoice at Fa Yuen Street ga...having said so, we bought our niece an 'Enchanted' princess dress when my mum came in March and she grew out of it already!

Some of my friends they keep all these dress ups and 'yum sham' to pass onto their friends' kids...any mums do this here???

me no pretty la but I still say hi to you geh...how are you today? I didn't go out as hubby is working, cold outside, so just doing 'cook rice por' for Carlos all day.

im so tired even i went to bed early last night. properly getting old now!!!!!!!

yeah, we went out this morning, and so foggy!!!!! and very cold as well, 0 degree!!!!!!!!!!! its better to stay home and get the heater on in winter time!!! hahaha....

Question!!!
I'm trying to do potatoe mash with carrot and salmon for Carlos tonite. I've already chopped and boiled the pototoe, am thinking if I should just use a spoon to mash up the potatoe or use a blender? Which way is better lei???
To make it smooth, do I just put more milk?

has carlos started lumpy food yet? or still in smoothy food?

by the way, I had bought a highchair for Gabriel today
today he is 5months old so we treat this as a 5 months old gift to him

he sometimes has rice cooked rather soft instead of congee. But I still blend up the chicken meat for him, for fish ~ I flake it up with fork and chopstick, veg leaf ~ boiled and cut with scissors again... His solid intake is not very good recently so I'm not sure if I want to move onto lumpy food yet...

hey, I've tatoo-ed this on my arm to remind myself to remind you:
HIPP organic babyfood jars are on offer in ASDA and i think the offer is about to end sometime in Dec. As you start weaning Gabriel, you might want to stock up some (like fruit puree or even those dinner dishes) for later use. I sometimes find it hard to decide what to cook for Carlos and I will give him a jar to go with his congee.

Once I put the milk in, do I have to cook & heat the whole pot again? I find the mash that I make gets dry very quickly once it's cooked, why?

yeah i read the book, saying if u use the blender to blend the potatos, the potatos would be very gluey!!!

ic.. until today, mitch still isnt really keen on the lumpy food but he is 2 years old!!!!

if u feed him straight away, then u dont have to reheat again. coz u feed him warm anyway, right? cant serve it hot for the baby!!!!
