fran & yennie,
I did it la...use fork and spoon to mash up and I stirred in the grated carrot. Just before I serve it, I warm up some milk in the microwave and stirred it into the mash. It is softer and tastes ok laaa. Carlos had about 8 soup spoons (not much erh...) and I finished the rest as my dinner.
Before I had Carlos, I had instant mix potatoe mash only so didn't really know how to make the proper ones
