你哋好..
我搬咗屋啦.但係就欠全套既couch ( 因欠貨, 所以嚟得loveseat 同埋wedge, 其他既要等到二月先到) 我哋足足坐咗兩星期地下. 仲要買電視 (因costco有兩佰蚊coupon,所以又要等到減價先買 ,唯有睇住個舊先啦).. :mrgreen: ....不過,最煩都係internet , 之前用緊DSL,都ok.咁依家轉用cable, 就攪到只得一部電腦上得網,另一部就唔得, 之前用開DSL, 兩部都可以用得架.咁我老公又無時間攪,咁佢又話會cancel cable service, 轉返用DSL,所以我又要失踪一段時間啦... :cry: ...各位,又要保重啦..,

你無嘢呀嘛...前排有一晚真係好屎大風, 攪到我個mat,吹走咗,同埋放係front door既welcome dog, 都瞓底埋呀..

..我亞哥仲問我,怕唔怕有tsunami, 我話唔怕既,近我哋個灘有break water,把d 浪減細咗..
我同我老公都諗住捐錢,不過就捐去unicef囉.真係好唔開心架, 見到有咁多死傷..有一次,我仲睇見其中一個daddy 係個notice broad 度揾到自己個女既屍體,佢好傷心,係咁講" oh, my god." 個一刻,我都忍唔住喊咗出嚟呀 . :cry:

I live in Brooklyn too, Bensonhurst area but I'll go to 8th Avenue for lunch in the weekends and buy the seafood and veg. over there sometimes, it must very convienence for you to get the fish to cook for your son in 8th Ave. I find that they have even more varieties of live fishes than anywhere else in NYC. :lol:

I don't know the gender of the baby yet, just went to check up on Mon. but the doc. not sure, he said it looks more like a girl than a boy to him. My hubby is desperate for a girl so he was very happy with this news already but I told him not 100% sure yet and better wait till next time sonogram in hospital and we should able to confirm that.

I am not talking about the morning sickness, morning sickness I can deal with it, until now, I am 4 mos, I still have the nausea feelings but didn't vomit at all. What making me tired is catching the colds, running nose, stuffy nose and coughing :-( , can't really take the medicine and let it "ou" is very "sun fu", maybe my immune system is kinda low after I got pregnant, plus my son is in the nursery, when he got sick, I got sick and when the people around me got sick, I got sick too, :cry: :cry:. Poor me!

I like boys and my hubby likes girls, since I have a son, of course I would like to have a girl too but seriously as long as it is a healthy baby, it doesn't matter, if it is a girl it will just be a bonus for my hubby and for my side of family because my mom has 7 grandsons already but no little girl at all !

You just moved right? Good luck with the new place, how little fat man like the new house? :wink:

HELLO各位﹐
最近少左上黎因覺得唔舒服﹐個肚好墜﹐行/坐得耐會扯著痛﹐掩下掩下噤﹐訓低又透唔到氣﹐總之就辛苦。
1月1日掩到好痛有無醫生看﹐噤0牛左兩日後去看﹐醫生話BB個頭已落岩左個位﹐但我未DIALATE﹐所以會噤痛法。唔知阿仔會幾時出世呢?

LA好似落左好耐雨了﹐我以前風濕會用脫苦海。我呀媽笑我後生細女搞到一陣阿婆味﹐雖然一陣味﹐不過用左舒服好多架。
我屋企以前都係找無LICENSE既唐人裝修/整櫃﹐識既好D﹐起碼知佢手工嘛。有好多DUM好耐時間先起到貨。

講開CABLE﹐我屋企上兩個禮拜比人CUT了。因為上手住客有CABLE SERVICE﹐但搬左後CABLE雖DISCONNECT左﹐但仲有某D CABLE臺都看到﹐噤我地便無開了。不過話時話都看了兩年免費CABLE哈哈。現在唯有租劇集看﹐等生完後先SCHEDULE CABLE公司黎裝返。最近看了金枝慾葉同棟篤神探﹐金枝唔錯﹐但棟篤神探麻麻地﹐都唔知點解HK噤收得?
最近收到幾個EMAIL都係影到印尼0個邊有D人乘亂搶野/強姦等﹐真衰格。

新屋住得好唔好?小肥佬鐘唔鐘意?
我個NIECE現在兩個幾月﹐又像MINI MATT噤個幾月便識笑又僚人傾計﹐好得意。希望RYAN都似MINI MATT 同表姐噤醒噤可愛哈哈哈~

你真的要好好保重啊!! 我懷孕時也曾傷風, 不過我有看醫生, 有食藥, 醫生知道大肚婆可以食什麼藥, 所以那時我都很放心食。如果真的頂唔順, 真的要看看醫生啊!
我也是住brooklyn，不過我唔知你哪兒, 因為我對這兒還是很陌生, 但我去過八大道飲茶, 老公車我們去都很快，所以我相信我們是住得很近的。
我都是喜歡女都一些, 我覺得女兒會較親媽媽。無論如何, 都替你很高興, 做媽媽是很偉大的，yeah!!!

mini-matt又大個左了，越大越靚仔了。恭喜你搬新屋, 我都想有自己的屋子。

I am still pregnant and I guess you and Marble will be the first two USA mommy to give birth cos this is my first baby!!! I am OK and did not feel anything like contraction or pain feeling....so I just cannot sleep if I eat too much.... Hope you will have a safe delivery....and remember to share your experience to us...cos I have no idea how contraction like....

我仲未搬呀﹐又未生﹐不過個肚好實﹐好墜﹐ 而且間唔中有 contraction, 上星期醫生話個BB 大慨有 7 磅重﹐出世時可能8 ~ 8.5 lbs。我而家重左成 40 磅呀﹗﹗﹗上次我在 38 weeks 時已經開左 1cm, 不過未生得住﹐終於等到 39 weeks 就半夜穿水﹐捱左 17 個鐘生左亞仔﹗ leohannahchan, 因天雨關係間屋仲未入得伙。而家定於月低﹐等生完先搬。而家忙緊執拾D野﹐又要等人黎 fix 間屋﹐因為遲D要 open house, 好麻煩﹐又要整呢樣果樣﹐冇覺好訓﹐已經好炆﹐再加上D陌生人行黎行去﹐真係好火滾﹗ 攪呢攪路﹐不過都冇法﹐想買得好價錢嘛﹗等一切安頓好我會聯絡你

Hi Marble,
Believe me, Open House is for the realtor to get new clients and for nosey neighbors to come criticize your house. Any buyer who is serious in buying a house must be working with an agent (realtor) already. As long as there is a lock box out, agents can get the house key to show your house to their buyers. Of course, they'll make an appointment with you or your listing agent first. There are lots of sellers out there prefer not to have an Open House because they don't want "anybody" to come through the house. They want real potential buyers. So, without an Open House is not going to harm your sale. It's the marketing skills of your listing agent and putting the house on MLS that do the trick. I don't know where your house is but inventory is extremely low in most of the areas in the bay area. It is still the Seller's market! Good luck on the sale of your home and your delivery!

尋日產檢﹐駁機聽心跳&CHK CONTRACTION。醫生話有CONTRACTIONS 20分鐘有4次﹐後來話CHK我有無DIALATE﹐如果開左就可入院。哈﹐我仲心稔呀仔噤聽話﹐因之前同阿仔講1/9號前出世就岩岩年初一坐完月添。
後來醫生CHK完就話開得小小﹐1CM都未到。

仲叫我食多D訓多D﹐又話生得個時會20個鐘無得食無得訓﹐又話應該係呢幾日窩。

哎也﹐唔知BB幾時先想出黎~
等等等等等等等等等等等等等等等等等等等等等等等等等等等等等等等等

唔知BB係咪知屋企未執好晒D野所以未出黎住呢 :mrgreen:

Long time no chat here because I busy for move house, sell house and find house. It took us a few months to do. And also, we cancelled all services in my house, including internet, so I couldn't come here to chat moms... Now, it is almost stable, and I have a new internet service. Come here again, I am happy more moms here. Nice to meet all of you! :-P

We also use agent to sell our house. The agent arrangement appointment with buyers and open house every weekend. As me, I also don't like stranger people come to my house, however; it is a chance let buyers to see and think what they want. Thus, some suggestion, you pack and hide something important stuff to special place. Like closet with lock. You may request the buyers take off their shoes, or you or your agent ready some paper cover their shoes when they enter. Normally, the seller ( home owner ) is out when the house open. The agent keep the key and they take care your house. No worried la... Hope you can sell your house with a good price!

Mini-matt is more mature on the new picture...very cute. How is your new house coming along? Must be busy unpacking. Forget to ask what your husband does, we should bring our husbands with us to go out when whalebb's husband arrives.

Did anyone's baby get flu shots this year? My bb is turning 6 months and I'm not sure if I need to bring her for flu shots...thanks!
