唐英年在預算案中提出多項「藏富於民」的一次過回饋市民的寬免，包括建議寬免二○○六�○七年度百分之五十的薪俸稅及個人入息課稅，上限為一萬五千元。有關金額會在納稅人二○○六�○七年度的最終應繳稅款中扣減。這項措施會令政府在二○○七�○八年度的收入減少約81億元。

唐英年又建議在07/08年度向綜援受助人，發放額外一個月的福利金。這項措施會令超過100萬人受惠，在07/08年度涉及的政府開支約為15億元。

一次過的回饋還包括寬免首兩季的差餉，以每戶每季5,000元為上限。這項建議可令百分之九十九的住宅物業及百分之八十六的非住宅物業在首兩季完全免繳差餉。政府在二○○七�○八年度的收入會因而減少約52億元。

另外又會推出為期一年的「交通費支援試驗計劃」，以鼓勵居住在偏遠地區並有經濟困難的失業和低收入人士求職及跨區工作。預計這項計劃涉及的支出約3億元。

預算案亦建議多項減稅措施，在薪俸稅方面，建議將邊際稅率及稅階回復至2002-03年度水平。

子女免稅額方面，會由目前每年4萬元至每年5萬元。此外，在子女出生的課稅年度，父母可獲額外5萬元子女免稅額。

另外，又建議增加個人進修開支的最高扣除額2萬元至每年6萬元，鼓勵在職人士持續進修。以上寬免措施可令110萬納稅人受惠，而政府收入將減少約49億元。

預算案又建議把價值100萬至200萬元物業的買賣印花稅，調低至定額100元，協助更多家庭置業。估計每年約30000名置業人士可受惠，政府收入將減少2億5,000萬元。

而葡萄酒、啤酒和其他酒精含量不多於30%飲品的稅率，調低一半，以幫助本地餐飲、旅遊和酒類批發零售業發展，預計政府收入減少約3億5,000萬元。

北海道 famous food -> white cholcoate coating wrapped with strawberry -> [size=large]highly recommended by winiwin, littlekay & evelyn long time ago

the box is a hexagon cube, matched with their description before ar ma.....

but the size is smaller wow, just 1/3 of a "gold sand"
