My bb had a flu shot last month and will get one more this month. It is because bb's doctor said my bb is small, so cannot one full flu shot. My bb is 19 month-old now. Your bb is 6 month-old, so you need ask for her doctor and hear he/she suggestion. Hope you and your bb get well soon!

Yes, bb is big now. She is running around and around. She likes copy us and likes to take things from here to there. BB can speak more simply words and sometimes she seems understand my talking. How's your nose? The "white flower oil" is no good for your expectly bb, so avoid to use. I know this weather is crazy and make people easy to sick. take care yourself!

多謝各位,讚小肥佬..用真係大個咗, 又煩咗.
我又上到網啦.. 依家用緊DSL, 之前,原來係個衰佬plug咗製 (頂), 所以一部用得,另一部用唔得.. 但係都巳經cancel咗cable ,之後,先知, 所以都申請咗DSL,咪用番囉. 可能我要求小啦,我覺得DSL,都OK 架..

依家我新居有 1,500 呎 (其實我唔知計唔計埋個balcony). 我新居無remodel 個kitchen 呀. 因為我覺原有既都ok.只係換晒成屋既carpet 咋. 不過,我哋都係揾出面個d 公司,我哋試過去home depot 睇carpet,仲貴過出面d公司,但係料子仲無咁好或一樣tim..其實師傳有無license, 都係睇你點睇,如果你想保障自己,就緊係揾有license架啦,但係就會貴好多..
你老公幾時先嚟得呀....希望佢快d嚟美國啦.

你唔講真係唔知喎,因為我成日見到不論平屋,貴到成million以上既,都會有open house. 因為有 d人係無揾agent,係自己駕車周圍去睇,或者萬一咁岩經過,見到open house,都會入去睇下..(而我哋上一間屋,都係自己"鍾"去open house睇,買下的)... :mrgreen: ..而依家新屋,就係自己owner 同我哋交易的,沒有經任何realtor..

我哋都無諗住咁快又搬(因為我哋才買下舊屋一年), 但係咁岩我老公睇到佢鍾意個區,有得for sale, 價錢又ok,所以才試出offer ,估唔到我哋咁就得咗啦..買居真係唔急得,要自己鍾意,真係好難..我個buyer,聽佢講,都睇居睇咗成年呀..

搬咗都成有大個半月啦,頭一日,就係咁製個kitchen,又要洗吓嘢,其他既,就慢慢嚟囉..都覺得好煩,又要睇住亞仔,又要製屋.老公又忙,個時,真係好貴唔得閑,依家都七七八八lu..
我老公係做wholesale, 賣吓lighter 同埋cigar 咁.小小生意仔.唔駛揾人幫個隻.. :mrgreen:

賣屋真係幾煩..我間舊屋係係一年前買吓,個時,我哋巳經fixed 晒所有嘢,同埋remodel 咗,所以我哋話賣,就賣,唔駛等其他嘢,好彩係我哋仲未搬既時,有buyer 上嚟睇, 睇完,夜晚就出offer (我哋係四日.總共收到四個offer), 我哋都accept 咗.佢星期日final check ,都無問題, 都signed 晒所有paper,等埋今個星期三 fund.咁就賣出咗啦.如果係,真係好好彩,我哋係market 三日就賣得出..
其實我哋都take a risk, 如果賣唔出, 我哋要extra每月供多2000蚊, 真係餐餐唔食bread 都唔得呀..

Little fat man,

We dare not take a risk, so we sold our house first. And we also live our former house only two yrs and everything is still new. ( we are the first owner ) and we upgraded our house. However; my husband changed his job and ride time is almost 3 hour roundtrip a day. Thus, we decided to move la. I still miss my former house!

I remember when we moved, I was unpacking for almost 1/2 year, but it's always fun to live in a new home. Do you plan on bringing mini-matt to hk? I might bring my bb to hk in nov. for my cousin's wedding.

Did you remodel your sister's condo? You rent now? We use license worker to do in house, because it is protect more.

How's your " wind wet "? The weather will back to normal la - Tue or Wed. I heard the weather report. I hope so...

I agree with Little Fat Man, Home Depot is not cheap ga. We did some work before moving in to our house now and found it cheaper to find licensed chinese contractors. They take care of everything from kitchen to backyard.

Long Beach is such a nice city, no wonder you guys move within. It must be nice to walk at belmont shore and live near water. The timing of selling your old house was very good. We did something like that before moving in to my current home. The old house was in escrow when we moved into the new...just had to come up with the down payment first for a few weeks before funds were available so didn't have to eat bread for long...hehehe.... :mrgreen: :mrgreen:

I miss my old house a little bit, not too much because I lived there a year only..One of old neighbours who has a one-year-old boy said " I thought you guys would play with us for a long time."
We really liked our new condo, so we just went ahead and made the offer. Not too many owners will accept the contingency. Just like one of my buyers, they wanted to buy my old condo until they sold theirs. We just said "No." Even though we had to take a big risk, we gotta do it..

Before we also lived in the another part of LB, but not close to Belmont Shore, we had to drive 10 mins to get there. My husband loves Belmont Shore, he can drink a coffee and smoke a cigar after dinner..He told me that he would look at a pretty girl who walking along the street before marraige

.. Actually, a lot of men are sitting on the patio of the restaurant , drinking coffee and spying on the girls on 2nd street. On the other hand, a lot of gay guys or lesibians live in Long Beach. (My 2 couples of my old neighbour, my real eatate guys ) most of them are pretty nice...We really want to buy the house in Belmont Shore, but they are too expensive (a tiny little house = USD 600,000+, not even have 2-car-garage ..For rent, 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom in Condo = USD 1,400+,what a hell.., ) Fortunately, we could buy the condo just right next to Belmont Shore, now we live in Belmont Height, we only walk 7-10 mins to the beach and 15 mins to 2nd St.

I really want to go back to HK, but my husband doesn't want the son to leave him that long. Now my mom is coming this year ( I hope), I miss her so much... :cry: ..

上星期,我老公係sit n sleep 度買咗 mattress, 昨日佢哋送嚟,瞓咗一晚,都唔錯,佢哋個foam 好厚, 好comfortable.不如,你試吓換一吓個mattress, 瞓得好d, 可能對d 關節都有益..希望你快d無事啦...

Hacienda height is very convenient ah...even if you move there, we are still close to each other. Let me ask my husband and see if we still have the business card for the contractor...it's been few years. If not, just look at the chinese yellow pages and have them quote you.

Smoking cigar and check out girls....sounds like every men's dream. You are lucky too to see all those cute gay guys. I went to gay bar before and I truly believe all the cute guys are gay. They are so muscular and good taste...hehehe....those good old days before getting married. Did you buy an exer-saucer for mini-matt? My bb really enjoys it and it keeps her occupy and safe for around 30 mins. each time so I can go online.

You know the prices for houses in LA is ridiculous. I told my husband we would be sleeping on the street if we didn't buy a house few years ago.

幸乜嘢福呀..我個理想地/國家都唔係美國. 諗住嚟讀書, 點知見到個衰佬 (又肥,又唔靚仔), 同佢拍拍吓拖,咁就嫁咗.有時同佢鬧起上嚟,都唔知幾想一條友"咩"住個backpack,就咁去周遊列國呀..不過, 依家生埋小肥佬,仲點走呀..

你老公嚟埋,都一樣幸福啦....其他地方都廋番囉,但係仲有個tummy tuck囉..你呢? 你依家係唔係仲餵緊人奶呀?
我反而對陽光和海灘唔係咁响往, 我老公成日話去Hawaii 玩,我都無乜反應. 我最想生活既環境,就好似歐州咁,d building 好靚. 好似clara 住緊個d,我都會好鍾意,我會覺得好寫意架..
亞仔依家又係扯hair, glasses 呀,仲扭佢daddy耳仔tim (可能佢老豆對耳仔係stick out ,所以容易一手就扯到.)咁佢daddy次次同佢玩親,都會除眼鏡, 跟住就會聽到佢daddy 勁叫" mini-matt, let go, let go." 都好好笑..

係呀,有好多gay guys 都好屎靚仔架, 我老公都認同.不過, 都有好多係好feminine, 一睇就知, 但係大多數都好有品味. 我有d friends 都係gay,佢哋對自己的外觀好注重, 而其中一個仍然是in the closet 既,就會同平常既鬼佬一樣, 睇唔出..

我前幾日開始餵亞仔食rice cereal, 佢好唔鍾意食,一食就想喊,震晒,一係就spit up,一係就合埋個咀, 仲用手推開我tim..都唔知點好.唯有keep trying啦..
我無買an exer-saucer 比亞仔呀,因為我全屋除咗個kitchen同埋個hall 係平地同埋tile 之外, 全部都係carpet,所以買咗比佢,佢都唔係玩得好多地方..妨且,亞仔對呢d咁既嘢,好快悶, 個infant swing 開咗比佢玩,頭一日, 坐到瞓,到咗第二日,之後坐唔夠五分鐘,又wiggle, scream, 好唔鍾意坐攪到我好似比佢坐監咁.而家兩個swings都做咗陳列品囉.(好彩係人送咋).

mini-matt 可以45度自己坐, 我有個friend睇完之後,話佢五個月人仔,都算坐得好隱.平衡力好好..佢依家成日roll over, 仲suck his big toe.又手多多,見乜就扯乜.唔知你個囡又點呢? 好屎煩呀..
